Not.much there, and when looking at prices they were cheaper than other places but still high, saw polo shirts there £40 plus for named brands when meant to be cheaper.

The staff are very friendly at Tkmaxx. Today i lost my phone and they helped me. Fortunately somebody who found the phone gave it to the fitting room staff and i finally got it back from them.

This branch has a good range of food and household/ stationery/ art materials.The clothes are always disappointing, with a narrow range and almost no quality designer items. No longer worth making a special journey.

Their Treasure program is a real scam. Be prepared for your keys to burn very quickly. And you won't be able to use your reward. But these are not all the problems you can face in TK Maxx

Tried a new TKMaxx today in Swindon. Very pleasantly surprised as it was the best TKMaxx we've visited - spacious, clean and tidy. The stock was in better condition than we've experienced before and there was plenty of it.The home wares were very good and I bought a beautiful fur throw from a huge choice at excellent prices.But the best bit was the fabulous cafe! Such a surprise! All freshly prepared food and with quick service. We had really good tomato and mozzarella on sourdough bread, beautifully toasted and served with fresh, tasty, pasta and orzo salads which was all delicious. BUT... the best thing was the portion of the most scrumptious chips we have eaten for years! We'll definitely be back again because we've still got to try the lovely selection of cakes!There is disabled parking right by the door, the layout is spacious and there is a lift to the first floor.Definitely 5 stars.

Worst service I have ever experienced in the cafe, they forgot to give us chips with our sandwiches so we went and asked if we could have them, they said ?chips aren?t included? when the sign said sandwich with chips or salad and we just got a sandwich, all of the other sandwiches they then sent out also had no chips, but when the other customers went to ask for them they were given to them immediately. After half an hour of waiting having finished all our food we asked again and they said reluctantly we could have some, waited another half an hour with more customers going and asking for their chips, being given them immediately, still no chips for us! Asked 4 times and was met with very rude replies ?there?s a long line you need to wait? when we had asked first. We left in the end because it was humiliating watching them serve every new customer and ignore us.

Today was unpleasant experience in Tk max Swindon. Picked up small card wallet with no price tag and needed to go to till to check the price. Only two tills working, long queue. Assistant needed to go back to the section to check the price, queue was stucked. After more than 10 minutes wait on the till another Assistant advised the price finally and was dissatisfied as was very overpriced. The first Asstant came back and there was no excuse for the wait for me, she was frawn, like it was my fault the item has no price. Very unpleasant feeling. You should train your employees to treat the customers equally as the assistant next to her was thanking to all others for the wait, butnot such for me...shame.
