Sharon, the staff member went out of her way for us to get the demo garden furniture we liked. She did arrange the weekend delivery as well. Thank you Sharon if you read his. Deserve a pat on the back.

It has almost everything a house needs. Moreover, the prices are quite affordable. In particular, there is a wide variety of home accessories. And for all liking. You can find shiny things and simple things. For your holiday, for your garden, for your storage containers, school needs, ... there are beautiful and practical alternatives.

Helpful staff. Always a great range of products, from toilet seats to plants to screws to colouring books. Always go there when looking for a random array of items

Parking! So you go to the Range in Swindon, see something and think about it, then before deciding pop over to another store like Band M or B and Q. Then decide that you wish to buy what you saw in the Range earlier, so you drive back, park and buy.Problem.....you'll get a parking ticket in the post as if you returned within 4 hours you've broke their rules.So....DONT go back the same day or it will cost the earth, in fact shop where you can either register your vehicle registration or where they don't have rules which penalise customers. They'll learn...eventually....when too many customers don't go there anymore...and in this financial climate that may be sooner rather than later.

The Iceland store has out of date offers left on the shelves. Staff allowed the purchase but it took 10 minutes and 4 members of staff to resolve this.Seems a waste of money to be paying four people to do the work that one person should be able to figure out

Went to view some garden furniture and order it.Mostly cheap Chinese stuff but some bargains. Not a bad garden centre with value items.Watch your time in the carpark, stay over 2 hours, and get a £60 parking ticket.I won't be rushing back.

Wide variety of goods for sale. A branch of Halfords sits next door. Just be careful to heed the parking time limits else you might get an unwanted fine through the post later.

Great range of goods at good prices, however the disappearance of the cafe is / was a sad loss. Also there seems to be loss of an opportunity to find staff to ask for advice. Rationalisation, or cost cutting by management??

Big shop. Plenty of everything. Pet food kept in the garden centre, where else ! Took a while but got there in the end. Cats now happy.

Extremely poor customer care.I purchased a £50 plant for my conservatory and within three days it looked awful. I was advised it was not refundable and also that I would not be allowed a replacement plant. I was told that refunds and exchanges are not allowed on plants, even if they are poor quality. I would have expected a £50 plant to last longer than three days. There were no warning signs on the plant, or on the shelf in store. I was advised that the receipt states that some items may be non-reundable, but sadly the receipt was only produced after my card payment went through, and technically the plant was automatically down to me. I took photos in store evidencing a lack of disclaimers, however I did find a small sign on a shelf containing patio cleaner, elsewhere in store. I was not buying patio cleaner and so the sign had not been visible. I had spent £250 on garden furniture during the previous week, and spotted the plants. At no point was a disclaimer visible. There was no duty manager. There was no customer care. Clearly, if you are being asked to gamble £50 on a purchase which is purported to be part of a stores stock, you have a duty of care to warn the customer about the disclaimer BEFORE taking their payment, so they can make an informed choice rather than leaving an open comment on a receipt, when receipts are only available AFTER the purchase has been made. This seems like a very simple way to make money out of unsuspecting customers who believed they were protected by consumer act 2015. Great way to make money out of people. Terrible customer care.

Generally happy with The Range but bought some hair clippers recently....... No indication they could not be returned, either on the shelf or at the till. Took them back the next day as I'd found a better price elsewhere and was told no Health & Beauty products could be returned. I had not even opened the box but the fact it had no seal on it meant I had no proof of that. So now I am not so happy with their customer service:(

I have to say I popped in for flower and veg plants, and what a lovely, healthy selection and at brilliant prices! Very impressed! The store was clean and tidy and check out was quick and smooth.
