Abysmal customer service! When you call them to check if your prescription is ready they say yes it?s ready and when you go to get it they say it?s not ready and make you wait and sit there for nearly a hour. I left as they weren?t giving my prescription and came back later but they did the same thing and I had to sit there again for a hour to get my medication.

The pharmacy does not deliver customer service . In the last 3 months when I collect prescriptions ordered through the Pod they are never ready or made up even if I had a text to collect.You are told to come back the following day after 3,pm .You have to wait at least 30/45 mins to have them looked for or checked.I waited 45 minutes today . And yet still no prescription.I don't have this amount of time to just wait.They do apologize, but after 3 months this is getting ridiculous.Whilst waiting today I looked round the pharmacy and it is filthy , the floors have dirt leaves and bits off tinsel left from when they had this up at Christmas.This needs to be cleaned as lots of ill people come in and I'm sure this is not good for them .I feel strongly this needs to be addressed as I'm not the only one to feel like this. As I sat there today a lady had a text yesterday to say hers was ready. She got a taxi as her transport to say it won't be ready till later.Really please take note of the customer service and state of the pharmacy.

I feel they don?t prioritise people that are waiting for a prescription. I have worked in pharmacy before and we did everything to ensure the customer wasn?t waiting long! This pharmacy will leave you for ages waiting and then come to tell you that they do not have an item. This is poor customer service, why would you want to leave someone waiting there for 15 mins when the pharmacy is empty and it?s only a 2 item prescription makes no sense to me!

My mother being refused her medication keep saying she's had it when she does get it it's after 2 or 3 trips made by someone else because she can't walk there herself

This chemist has gone down hill fast ordered meds on 27th March today 6th April still not there .we are told by pod to make sure you don't run out of meds so you order on time and the reason there not there today short staffed nearly 2 weeks for meds . Not had any for nearly a week now Not ammused at all sorry that should say 23 March

Unfortunately this is the 3rd time in as many trips to Kingswood Pharmacy that I?ve been let down.Won?t bore you with the reasons, 1 Star will say it all, won?t be using them again ?So after my review was submitted, I had a reply from the Patient Experience Team, phone the number and we?ll work with you to resolve any issues, I phoned Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, left messages for them(Rebecca Hayes) to get back to me and she didn?t ?Pointless exercise 1 star for the PET as well.

Not helpful !! I been yesterday 15th Nov to collect my son medicine. Said need to time half-hours, i been just now today 11:05. again they said need to half-hours.Wasting my time!!

They never seem to have my mums prescription in stock and made up in time no matter how many weeks in advance I order her prescription Today I rang in the morning and was assured that her medication would be ready for collection in the afternoon, went after 16:00 and was told they did not have it and was given attitude by staff my mother who is fighting cancer will now be without her medication, not good enough.
