Right in the town centre It is a nice place with shops in every street and a small street market on saturday selling retails and food.Very popular spot as very busy.Easy to park in a car park and walk to Regent Circus.

Most shops have died, including the main Morrison, only reason to visit Regent Circus now is the cinema, Nando?s and Boom Battle Bar..

Wouldn't usually waste time writing a review but our experience tonight was too bad not to. Waited over an hour for our food to come, and only one meal came. Ordered a wrap and mash, wrap literally had one bit of chicken in it, whole meal was stone cold, wrap was hard. I finished the meal and my partners food still hadn't come, now been waiting 1hour 15 mins. We did speak to the manager and got a full refund and there were 3 other people in line requesting refunds for the same reasons. The whole experience was horrendous. Not once were we informed there would be a longer than usual wait for food, and being completely honest I could make a better meal myself! Complete waste of money, service was bad, literally not even worth it. Appreciate the manager giving us a full refund as she admitted they were understaffed but still no excuse.

Horrible experience!I?ve never been treated so badly in a cinema in my whole life.I live far from the center and is not easy for me to go to the cinema often or on weak days. For that reason, I saved time on Saturday to watch a movie that I was waiting for months.Unfortunately, I don?t have a car or tent to use public transport here, because is complicated for me. Does not have a public bus where I live. I have to walk 20 min until the first bus stop, for example.So, I've bought my ticket in a raining day, because was what I could do.And, to give me support, I've got an electric scooter.. Which helps me get around at work, for example.So, I arrived at the cinema was 5h50 pm, verry wet? but ok. I was finally there?Running out of battery, I put my mobile to charge, because I needed to chat with my mom? And when was the picture started to hostile?The manager came straight to me, and without saying ?hi?, asking my name, or even trying to understand why I was doing that?she just came with NO MANNERS, NOT BEING POLITE, and said:?Take your plug out!And what are planning to do with your scooter? You won't get in with that!?So was when I trying toUnderstand what was happening?I asked why? but the person kept repeating the same phrase.I?ve said ok to unplug my cell phone, and asked if I could bring my scooter with me.. ?to watch?, because I can fold it. And I do not have no place to leave it and there is no banner our awarning saying it on the cinema?And was when the person said:?It?s not my problem, you're not allowed to do it here. You can not be here with that?Even I was trying just chat and understand the person insisted for me leave, literally get out!She said it's because is electric, but I can get into the cinema or just leave it here off? not on, while thausand of people come here every month with cellphones, smart watches, computers, etc etc? many devices ON, that's have battery.My point is, at the first time? Even the person being VERY VERY RUDE! I understood that I couldn't leave it here, but THE WAY the peole chatted with me, for almost 15 min. Made it the worst experience in a CINEMA that I?ve ever had in my whole life!And furthermore, was I the person that had to ask for ?the money back?. Because that people DID NO SAY ANYTHING about it?. Was just asking for me to leave, without mentioning this solution to me.So I was about to lose it to.Hope the cinema improves it?s treatment with the customers!

It's ok, but little things annoy me. It's another chain where the waitress cant even take your order and you have to use a QR code and order yourself. Have to collect your own knife and fork and drinks. Seriously why bother going to a restaurant if you do all the serving yourself. Food, was ok but not a large lunch. Will never attend a Nando's again

Cinema is pretty good but none of the automatic machines appeared to work. Parking is free but stressful as there's a sign that says be sure to park in the right place but staff don't seem able to articulate what that is. So now I have a couple of weeks wait in case the parking scammer company decided I've parked in the wrong place. Not sure I'll use this one again, less worry at Shaw ridge

Ordered a delivery, but discovered the Fino Pitta wasn't included. 'Phoned Nandos who refused to deliver it and said they could only take the cost of the Fino Pitta of the bill (one of the chilli dips was opened and empty). Had to share my chicken with my son - not happy. We WERE regular customers so they'll be the losers. So much for customer service - what has happened to this world!
