We love going to Prezzo for a long, boozy lunch. The staff are wonderful - very friendly and efficient and we love the food. We shared an Italian hummus and I had a pizza (which was great) and my husband had Arrabiata al Forno which he really enjoyed. We then shared a sticky toffee pudding. We really enjoyed ourselves and in this era of not going out very much it was lovely to have a change of scene (and somebody else got to do the washing up)!

Waitress and manager was very rude, the food took Over 40 minutes to come and it was cold.we had 2 starters 2 mains 2 drink three kids menu. We had to pay over 80 pound definitely not worth it. We not going to come again and we suggest everyone to choose different restaurant.

Been here before with the Mrs. This time came back with the kids and Mrs. Been to the Prezzo in Marlborough and much the same but the kids prefer the Swindon one. Food was great despite being busy in Christmas holidays. We were sat opposite the pizza oven which is fun for the kids to watch. Usual colouring for kids to do. They loved the food. Very strict COVID policy. Would defo go again.

Ordered food via Deliveroo, which although arriving on time, as per the app, arrived cold. Chat online with Deliveroo ended with them closing the chat. Called Prezzo today, spoke to C.J, the manager and he offered to compensate us by offering free food when order next time, directly thru them. Like I pointed out, without customers you have no business. Very kind of him, but lesson learnt.

Food took over an hour to be served although the restaurant was relatively empty and the food wasn?t great. Especially the oak-smoked salmon penne and Chicken and mushroom

Our 1st visit since recently reopening, it was reasonably busy and felt covid safe. The service we received was good and a nice choice of food from the menu. All good we come back

Limited menu, the kids choose burgers and were told they didn?t have burgers wish they had said that when we got here. Waiter wasn?t that happy, all in all it was just ok.

Haven't been on this restaurant before but as they say the first impression counts. We ordered the chicken with mushrooms and spinach and the burger. The chicken was tasteless and without any seasoning. The burger was burned and again nothing special. The portions are very small therefore not the best value for money.

I had a buyagift voucher for xmas, set 3 course meal for 2 and glass of wine each. I was more than impressed with the ease at redeeming the voucher, instructions were very clear to follow, I let the staff know as soon as I arrived that we had a voucher but we didn't need to give the code until we got the bill. Good choice of food, best chicken caesar salad I have ever had and overall nothing could be faulted. My first visit to a prezzo restaurant but definitely not my last.

I visited this restaurant today with my friend and had the most awkward and embarrassing dining experience I think I have ever had! I have genuinely made a profile on here just to vocalise my disappointment as I have never left a complaint before. I had received a voucher from my dad via buyagift for Christmas for a meal for 2 at Prezzo. I went onto the website and followed the instructions and booked my meal and table in at the Swindon restaurant for tonight. The message I received was to bring along my voucher. I arrived at the restaurant with my friend and we were shown to our table. Before we had even sat down the waiter asked to see our booking reference. I took out my voucher and showed him. He said this wasn't it - he needed to see a separate reference which was apparently sent to my email. I therefore, still standing with coat on, began to scan my emails with the waiter looking over my shoulder saying 'check your spam folder'. I checked my inbox, spam, deleted, everywhere and there was nothing other than my booking confirmation which had no reference on it. I said this was ridiculous as I was only told to bring my voucher, I booked it through the website and I quite clearly was never sent an email with another code on it. I also found it odd that the voucher I was told to bring with me was useless. The waiter went to get the manager. In the meantime a separate waitress came over to take our drinks order. I explained that we were waiting to see the manager as there was an issue with our voucher. Rather than allow the already two people dealing with it to take charge she then told me to check my email and spam and I again had to go through my inbox with another person to evidence nothing was on there. The manager then turned up and I AGAIN had to display my entire email collection to another stranger. The manager told me that they could not serve us without the code. This whole scene was extremely embarrassing. He said it wasn't Prezzo's fault - it was buy a gifts fault. Considering the voucher is exclusive to Prezzo I believe they should be responsible for their dealings with this company. I logged into the website to evidence it had been booked. The manager saw another reference code on there and said thats the one he was after. I wish they had just told me to log in and get it at the beginning rather than ask me to display my email history to three different people! We were then asked for our order from the set menu and I ordered Calamari to be told they did not have any. Then my pizza arrived lacking one of the ingredients so I asked for this to be brought out separately. At the end of the meal my friend and I got up to leave and before getting to the door the waitress had run after us and said in the front of the whole restaurant 'excuse me madam, have you given us the reference yet'. I was actually laughably shocked. What an absolutely disgusting experience. My friend and I would rather have just paid than go through all of this. We found the whole thing embarrassing, unnecessary and with regards to my emails - invasive. We never even received an apology. I am honestly not a person who usually complains but that was insane. I must say that the food that did arrive was lovely but unfortunately it all tasted rather bitter due to everything else that had happened.

The staff did not seem as though they were working. The chefs had loud music playing as well as the normal restaurant music and this would not stop after being told it would. Members of staff were walking around filming the restaurant which made me feel very uncomfortable! Waited half hour for the food to arrive. Very uncomfortable experience, such a shame as the food is usually good.

Unfortunately only 3 star/?average? rating as down to I can only assume the manager NOT THE FOOD!! The restaurant was half full maybe slightly less when we arrived and asked for a table. Baring in mind plenty of tables with no one sat at, we was asked to wait by the front door while he would ?see what he could do? then finally we was sat down..... At the other end of the restaurant pretty much tucked away around the corner away from everyone else almost out of the way for the inconvenience we caused him on not having booked. Found on past occasions he has been rude also. But none the less our waitress Sabrina was fantastic along with the food itself. So a shame on the management.

Lovely food, friendly atmosphere and brilliant staff. Had a lovely meal with my mum, caught at the right time was nice and quiet when we arrived, ordered and ate. Started to get busy as we left.
