Incorrect opening times advertised on the window and online and when you go in they are shut and opening at a completely different time to what was advertised. Eventually got there when they were open and won?t accept my parcel as they have no space to put it.

Absolute joke.Had a parcel delivered to the post office here as I wasn?t going to be in. Went to collect it twice during advertised post office opening hours only to be told I can?t collect as no staff on shift are trained. Safe to say I won?t be using this store again.

Opening hours online said 8pm once turned up at 6:03 pm was advised that shuts at 5:30pm due to the tone of voice of the staff didn?t even asked any further or asked why the time was incorrect online

4 times I've driven here to send parcels over the last 6 - 9 months and not once has it been open or accepting parcels. The co-op is open but the post office isn't. The information needs updating as it's hugely inconvenient.
