This Nandos is hit or miss. Came in on NYE, about an hour and 10 mins before closing, only to be met by a stressed and frazzled woman who actively sighed when we walked in and muttered under her breath ?we?re closing? (yeah, you might be closing but not for another hour, so you can still take customers). She then sat us at the closet table to the door and didn?t check on us at all the whole time. About 5 other groups of people walked in and were greeted kindly with a smile, and seated further into the restaurants and more comfortable tables. Frankly, I was very angry at the way we were treated because we came in well in advance of the closing time.

Not the best... ordered a sharing platter, the chips were cold, when telling the waiter, he took the plate of chips and ate some and brought some more out 5 10 monites later. The service was not the best, and the atmosphere was low.

Haven't been to Nandos in ages but as I was in the area I thought I'd try it out once again. I was very impressed with the welcoming staff who created a smooth, fun service.Special mention to Jemimah who sorted out a food issue for us with no fuss and welcomed us to try the new dessert which was lush. Also Levi who also helped us pick from the new menu and had great banter.Would definitely visit again and was a nice end before a long journey back to London.Dietary restrictions: Was asked about this at the start by staff which was good but we were fine

The store manager was loudly arguing with an employee in the booth next to us about incomplete tasks. While I understand that they were busy and could see the manager was on a crutch and maybe this was why they had setup an office in the front of house, the discussion took place next to us it really made us feel awkward.

I'm giving Nando's one star because I've been deeply disappointed by the quality of their food twice in the past year, the most recent time being today.Today, I ordered 2 meals from Nando's and sadly when the food arrived, it was cold, didn't look presentable - it truly was not worth the money. I was so disappointed, especially considering the price of a meal with sides is £11.50 with no drink.This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience with Nando's. About a year ago, I ordered a meal from them and it was also cold and not even very tasty. I thought maybe they were just having an off day, but now I'm starting to think that this is the norm for them.I personally won't be ordering from Nando's again. I wouldn't recommend it to any of my friends or family who seek value and taste from their takeout. The food is overpriced and not worth the money.

I had an incredible experience at Nando's thanks to Callum! He provided excellent service, taking care of everything from serving our plates to resolving an issue with the yogurt machine. His kindness and attentiveness made the meal even more enjoyable. . You should definitely come to Nando's! I highly recommend it because of the amazing service I received from Callum. You won't be disappointed! ??

This place was good but the frozen yogurt machine was nearly broken every time I went there. I even heard staff arguing multiple times and swearing while kids were about. This place was good but could do with some work on the staff and the frozen yogurt machines.

Very bad and will never come back again. It was traumatic and humiliating. We traveled a bit far to visit the place as Nando's is one of our favorite places in Dubai. There was no staff at the front door when we came in so we helped ourselves to the nearest vacant table. My LO was so tired from walking as parking is also far from the place and he only wanted to sit but one staff came to us asking us to vacate the table rudely. She then proceeded to give the said table to other guests smiling to them very nicely. We went out of there without ordering and our kids were so confused of the staff?s behavior, i.e., very rude to us but very nice to others.
