We had our Buy for Baby appointment with Kelly S. At the Swindon branch and it was a lovely experience. She was knowledgeable, kind and very helpful in answering all the questions and showing all the options. She was also very honest and didn't feel like she pushed us to buy things we didn't need :) We'll come back for...

Jack has been very helpful to us, 1st time mom here and we're worried about choosing the right pram for our baby, he made sure we got everything and we had what we needed, showed us the whole features of the pram and everything that comes with it very helpful, approachable and very kind.
