These folks are extremely reliable and meticulous. They shipped a painting for me from England to Florida (US) and it arrived well-packed and safe from anything that FedEx could do to it if there were a mishap. And it arrived a day earlier than Mail Boxes estimated!

They tried to charge me £4.90 for free FEDEx drop off return box, ? had a barcode for return, they tried to charge extra for nothing! Rubbish company.

Excellent service and will use again in the future. I phoned ahead prior to visiting the store and Mansi was very helpful and patient. She answered all of my questions (and i ask too many questions) and really helped me find what i needed. Really pleasant experience and I fully recommend. :-)

Not impressed with this company, i telephoned prior to visiting to check the service offered and was given the wrong information!Wasted over an hour of my time travelling to the shop to then have to take package back with me!Sorry to say the lady I dealt with today seemed pretty clueless with size dimensions as well!Won?t waste my time again with them.

i have used Mail Boxes on several occasions for the rather complicated business of picking up delicate items from an auction house and delivering them to me. This can be worrying, but they have always been courteous, and very efficient. And, as far as i can make out, their prices are very fair for what they do.
