Unhelpful when I went in to set up a Junior savings account. I was told no one available to help me. I went to Town centre branch who were completely different I suggest old town staff get retrained by the town centre branch

Attempting to chase a call that was expected from a Manager at the branch. The number provided goes to call centre, who put you through then the call is cut off! (3 times) then given a Gloucester number! (no where near Swindon!) then suggested I use App, which goes around in circles and no way to talk to branch!

Nice, bright spacious bank, with good front and rear access, and parking at rear for customers. Friendly staff, Covid rules in place.

Really poor customer service. The lady I spoke to was not friendly and quiet cold. Unhelpful and seemed disinterested.
It's okay now, spoke to another bank who provided excellent service and was much more helpful on regards with my finances. I don't recommend using this bank in this area of swindon.
