I went in with my son today and the experience was really good. the young man who helped us get trainers was so patient my son had him going of to pick various trainers one by one. he was understanding and allowed us to take our time my son has sensory so shopping for shoes isn't the greatest.

Not a very good experience today. Waited 10 minutes for assistant to get the item wanted, then 10 more minutes to wait to pay. Staff couldn?t walk any slower if they tried, couldn?t break a smile and the shop wasn?t even busy. 1 person on the till, multiple staff walking around looking busy but not actually doing anything. When asked for help reply was ?no sorry I can?t.? No explanation as to why! Assistant couldn?t carry more than 1 box of shoes at a time. Customer Service course needed all round I think.
