I like the men?s section it?s nice but the woman?s section downstairs is a nightmare. The music in this shop is awful makes you feel high. Every time i go in the music just makes me feel so weird i don?t like it?? Clothes are good tho usually- Bit expensive.

Awful staff! Came here to give clothes for their recycling at 17.25 and was turned away, she even saw me carrying 3 large bags and struggling. Gave my clothes to a local charity instead who atleast appreciate it

The store in Swindon shuts at 5.30p.mHowever the staff turns customers away 10 minutes before. They will not let customers enter at 5.20pm.Very poor staff who needs to be educated in Customer Service.

One of the most crowded clothing stores in the town center.The store offers a wide range of clothing for all age groups. The quality of clothing is good in general. Customer service is excellent. Ambiance is also good.

I do love hnm, but the sad thing is they use Evri delivery who have been voted 2yrs running for there unexceptable Service to Customers. Hoping hnm get click n collect quickly in Swindon as until then I ont be ordering online anymore. They dud refund my lost parcel but it WAS very stressful making them belive me as a Customer as to how bad Evri was

Everything you expect from and H&M, I miss ours from Torquay, but remain baffled at how wrinkled the clothes are?!Staff were polite and the store wasn't overly busy.

this white women working at the fitting rooms was so rude, she didn?t even say hello and said in a rude manner ?how many?. I said thank you and she just ignored it, extremely rude
