I am an Amazon worker. I just discovered that i have a Shell gas station near the place i work. I went to add some Vpower diesel. I have stoped near the fuel pump and i took my time to add some additive to my tank before fuelling. It took me like 5-10 min. I tried to add fuel but the pump was not on,so i went to ask the staff member if is everything ok. He started to shout at me that he waited 30 min for me to fuel. I told him that is his job and doesnt need to be so offended even tough i was the only customer at that time in the early morning. I asked for his name so i can add to this review maybe someone wil take some action but i dont want him to lose his job as it was my first time gooing there. In this morning i will go again and i will update my review. Lets see how it will go !

It use to be Esso and then took over by Shell. I agree with other reviews staff here is rude not very friendly. Don?t know that?s the long shifts that effect their mode but seems like grumpy most of the time. I use it on regularly because it?s on my way to work otherwise not very impressed with the staff. At the beginning when they took over from Esso fuel prices were 10p-15p higher than Sainsbury but I think they realised they losing customers and now they are almost same price as Sainsbury. There is Gregs, laundry and parcel collection service too. Drinks, snacks, sandwiches and other shop items are bit pricey compare to other petrol stations and especially compared to Sainsbury near by.

Stopped in to get a drink for a journey, thought I'd stopped at a motorway service area with the prices in here. To think it's just passed a sainsbury store too.

I have used this Esso service station for years.All the things you need from a medium size service station modern and clean. There is a Greggs on site which is very useful. A good spot to stop before going on to Oxford. Customer service lacking at times.

The garage is a JOKE. £.179.99 for 1 litre of diesel. - I won?t ever buy fuel here again. - GO across the road to Sainsbury - nearly 30p/litre less !!! Avoid this garage at ALL COST

Very competitive prices with Sainsbury nearby. Never seen the toilet very clean or hot water from the tap.
