The female member of staff called Pina, who helped me and my wife order the right suite. By allowing us to sit on the furniture for a couple of hours so we see how comfortable the suite really was as I've just had spinal surgery.

Excellent service. Delivery at the time agreed and done very well. Rather a long wait for the sofa to be made but worth the wait. We would buy there again.

Good furniture selection. Unresponsive staff.We made multiple employees aware we were in the market for a Recliner, and were vaguely directed where to look but offered no assistance. Although other, non-black customers were being escorted around and fully assisted. I purchased a recliner from the Very nice and helpful people at Faab Furniture.

In store service was great; however the nursing chair we paid £900 for is 3 weeks delayed and therefore not setup for our newborn as purchased.Don?t trust the timings given for the delivery dates!

There are plenty of sofas to look at and try out. They show different types of the same model, ie, 2 seater manual, 3 seater power assisted in the recliner range. There are fabric swatches by each model to help you decide what colour and type of material you would like. The staff are very helpful and not in your face. There is a £99.00 delivery charge

Great store experience but please do NOT shop here the delivery experience is beyond dreadful and unprofessional go elsewhere. They will mess you about. Make excuses and not even care about you the paying customer.

I ordered a sofa on 'immediate delivery' 4 weeks ago and I'm still waiting. I was advised it should be delivered within 2 weeks. Despite calling the main number numerous times, emailing the store and visiting my local store to chase this up (who also emailed them), there's been no communication at all from the shop that sold this to me. I've been promised multiple call backs. Had to cancel a party because the promised sofa hadn't arrived. I've never had such a poor customer journey. Very disappointed. I would look elsewhere.
