Appalling. May have been a one-off, but I?d never ever recommend Benson?s for Beds. Installers damaged a window lock, trying to force it open and then denied it. Damaged garden plants with the packaging boxes. Attempted to leave without completing the installation?. and when told by their manager to complete the install, subsequently claimed ?parts were missing? and scarpered. Absolutely disgusted that we paid £Ks for this and have no bed to sleep on tonight. I wouldn?t touch Benson?s with a barge pole if I were buying another bed, as they?re using a terrible third party delivery/install company.

Absolute nightmare experience dealings with Bensons.5 hours late delivery, no notification, arrived eventually by couriers that proceeded to bang the mattress into everything possible. Parked two streets away and carried mattress (I suspect dragged at times) for two streets as they made poor excuse could not get van to me (rubbish, have had bigger vans down here before and then proceeded to say he was scared to drive into the road in case he could not get out, pathetic), then did not realise it was an exchange and they had to take one away, so ripped my mattress bag open to wrap old mattress in, No shoe protectors, made them take their shoes off and on top of everything mattress was damaged. Customer services absolute diabolical, tried to low ball me with pathetic compensation offer, had to fight to get anything near acceptable for lose of earnings and damage to mattress, but seriously tried to get out of paying anything at all. Never use them again. I was one of 20 drops that day and they informed nobody of anything and when I phoned twice during the day they refused to give me any idea about times and very little information. If I hadn't of phoned I would have known nothing until they showed up 5 hours late. BEWARE they only care about taking your money. Only given one star because I had to, to complete this review.

I wish I can be a happy customer but I am not, I bought 3 matress from this company in Swindon and though there was a serious delay, the quality is ok. I bought another sofa bed afterward and that was the nightmare begin, once I receive the sofa bed, I already feel sth wrong cos the filling is so thin that I can actually feel the base, I went back to the shop to examine the displayed one and it is much better. I call the customer office and told them the product I received is not the one I expected, they sent a staff to come to my house to inspect the product, and I was told he will go back to the shop to examine the displayed product, then no news since that. I call the customer again and found out they didn?t sent anyone to examine the displayed furniture, and want to close my file !!! They claim there is nothing they can do, I strongly request another inspection and they promise they will check both of my received sofa bed and the displayed one, another person come to my house and claim that my product is ok and he was not requested to compare with the displayed one, they almost force me accept as it is!! Even that sofa bed is mainly for my friend guest and I won?t sleep on it, however almost all of my friend mention that they can?t actually feel the base structure and it us really not comfortable which me me feel really bad and sorry.So if you want to purchase something in this company, just pray for the luck , hope the product you received is fine, otherwise they will not follow up any defected goods they have delivered and you are just wasting money on a defected goods.

What a shower. Only ever delivered the bed base - and took half the paint off my stairs wall while doing it. After 3 months of cancelled deliveries we still haven?t got the mattress and have now cancelled the order as they were unable to actually say when we would get it. My advice - do not touch this company with a barge pole. With their terrible level of service I can?t see them making it through 2023. save yourself the frustration of their broken promises and shop somewhere else.

Paid for installation of bed. Headboard delivered on a separate day. Delivery driver said he wasnt aware he needed to install and he is double parked so cannot wait. This is after we double checked with Benson that it would be installed.

So spent £600 on a mattress. 1st it was late being delivered, try getting hold of them is like trying to get a doctors appointment. When the mattress arrived we put it on the bed, tried to sleep on it was like sleeping on bricks, but the mattress in the shop was 100 times comfier so who know what was wrong with this mattress . So arranged a return and they never bothered to pick it up. Still sat waiting 2 weeks later for it to so say be picked up. After ringing and being in ques for nearly 4 hours no one could tell me why no one turned up to collect the mattress. Let's see if they actually pick it up tomorrow as its booked to be picked up tomorrow.The staff I dealt with in the Swindon store when trying to sort a return was absolutely rude. He's the one with the dirty looking teeth

The overall experience has been poor. We had booked 2 beds in May and were supposed to receive in July. The dates were moved around multiple times and you all didn't have any clue about when the beds will be available. Eventually, when we were promised to deliver both the beds together, only 1 bed came, though the second one was in the warehouse! I had to call the store and inform, as Bensons customer service takes ages to reach to a person to talk! The store didn't have any clue, so they called up warehouse and got it sent again on the same day. Eventually, both the beds arrived in August - so basically a wait for 3 months and multiple calls to get updates! Overall, it looks like Bensons doesn't know what's the status of the products that you are delivering to the customers!

I wouldn?t buy a bed from here we waited 6 weeks for a single bed for our son and when it turned up it was damaged, we rang the store and they basically said it?s tuff and turn led us to customer service, we now have to wait 6 more weeks for the bed and no compensation or money back, avoid at all costs, dreams is across the road

3 beds and 2 bases in a year ! and they won't give me my money back till they collect the last bed, so I can't get another one . Showroom and customer service an absolute rubbish . I want someone at a higher level to call me !

There were a good choice of beds on offer with great discounts and offers, the beds and mattress was of high quality, the sales person was very helpful but not pushy.
