Rang on Saturday 8th April right in the middle of Easter holidays and asked if they could help me sort my isa's out thinking I would have no chance, but to my surprise the young lady on the phone explained they were busy but would fit me in. “When I had a sudden issue when the HSBC bank down the road had swallowed my Barclays card I came here and as I was with a tired toddler, a guy came off his break to attend to me upstairs. That's impressive. I have always had a good experience here. It is well organised unlike some other banks in the town centre.”
“Small "shop" which seems to have just two very helpful and friendly members of staff (a receptionist/administrator and a manager). As it never seems it be very busy (Virgin money seems to encourages transactions over the internet) and as Virgin doesn't have that many different financial products, so most transactions are fairly straightforward anyway, this is fine.”
“A multi million modern day office with all the latest and upgraded facilities. It has ample got parking both for cars as well as bikes. With only two floors, the building hosts a massive workforce and a beautiful cafeteria. The 17A bus stops the closest to this office which bus number 22 and 17 can drop you in close proximity. It is one of the finest workplaces in Swindon!”
