I experienced a quick and efficient service this Sunday. The female pharmacist who assisted me in what I needed was friendly, professional, thorough and maintained good eye contact throughout our consultation.

I had my annual flu vaccination at the Asda Pharmacy today. I was very impressed by the 2 female Pharmacists who were involved with this.All relevant medical information, including a blood pressure reading were taken and questions I had answered by the the first.The second one then took over and gave me the most comfortable injection I've ever had! Very professionally administered and attention to detail. I was given further advice about what I could expect and when the immunity would kick in.The whole experience was a positive one, and I that I was treated as a real person with utmost concern and attention.10/10 Asda Pharmacists!

They rarely have what I need in stock (prescription or over the counter), so always need a return visit or a different pharmacy. Frequently have unscheduled closures (presumably for staff break), frustrating when you get there to find it shuttered or tonights incident, next to be served after waiting 5 minutes only for them to refuse service as they are now closed for the next half hour.

Queue waiting to be seen. Three staff members stacking shelves, totally ignoring them.Fantastic.... NOT!!You can restock the shelves after you have served the customers. It is good practice, if you did not know.

Worst chemist in Swindon takes you well over an hour just to get your tablets prescription are never ready never made up to collect staff make out they are busy when there not avoid this place at all costs because you will be dead before they serve you

Absolutely terrible service no one answers the fone I have no joy getting through just rings and I have too wait 15/30minutes too get my antidepressants I will be changing pharmacy very poor

Never answers the phone. Multiple attempt throughout the day, to save turning up to stand in a ridiculously long queue to be told you don?t have the prescription. Even if you do, I?ve often been told that you don?t have any dispensers so I?ll have to wait days. Get it sent back to the SPINE and another pharmacy get it done in minutes (Morrisons and Homeground - both were brilliant).I?ve been calling for an hour straight to test their theory about keep trying (according to their replies) and still no answer. How long do you think is reasonable to keep trying. They must have the phone turned down so they can?t hear it? hearing the phone non stop ringing would give you no choice but to answer, I can?t imagine you?d want to ignore that all day!

Everytime you to here, even if the prescription was handed in a week ago. They say 15 minute wait. The member of staff who opened on Friday was extremely rude. 10 minutes late opening, rocked up on her phone and seems annoyed there was a queue of people. Said my medication wasn't there so I phoned the doctor who confirmed yes it is there so now I have to go back yet again to try receive my important medication which I have now been three days without. Terrible customer service.

Went to collect prescription 2 days after sent to them. Waited over 30mins to be told they don't have the medication. Staff unhelpful and frankly rather rude. Now have to find somewhere else to get prescription.Definitely won't use again. Need to train staff in customer service.

Worse and worse each month! Waiting at 7.40pm for a prescription that?s been with them for a week, get the shutter closed right up to where I?m standing, assistant serves 4 people around me after taking my name. To be fair is the level of service I think all customers have come to expect having waited in the queue with many like minded people for an hour on a previous visit and a further 20 minutes after asking for my prescription for nothing to be ready at all for me!! Staff are rude and clearly don?t want to be there, have witnessed them being rude and impatient with customers asking questions. Ringing ahead on other occasions (if the phone is answered, which is rare) to be told your prescription is ready to collect and reassured that it is picked and ready you would assume you may be spared the horrendous wait times and customer service? Incorrect, it appears the standard answer is ?yes it?s ready to collect? but does not mean that at all. One star is generous, couldn?t possibly get much worse could it? We will see next month!

Takes 30 minutes to sort one prescription out. That is a bit long to ask people to wait when it's 630pm, not like it's rush hour as such

Told to wait 20 minutes for it to be filled. After 20 minutes then get told out of stock. NO Replacement or when in stock. Phoned next day 3 times no reply. Disgusting
