Do not use this company.We had a Wickes kitchen designer come and measure up and all seemed fine. Well, it does when they take your order and your money.From there things went downhill. We were informed that the installation could take place a month from the order to be then informed after paying that the order would be installed six months down the line.Luckily we were given an independent fitter who saved the whole project and fitted us in on time and who I will not name here and will review separately ? they were fabulous and saved us on numerous occasions.Wickes were terrible from poor customer service, refusing to fulfil your consumer rights to return items no longer needed as part of the order, measurements taken incorrectly, parts missing..I could go on.The last point is the best one of all. In the end our fitter had to order the parts off his own back and have delivered to his store.An original estimate of three weeks fitting extended out to seven weeks with the missing parts.Avoid?

The store was wearing a new look today when we went in to look at garden tools. Although we didn't quite like the ones available, we ended up buying a handy tape measure instead and decided to check other options available on the website. Check out was seamless and the staff at the till was pleasant.Overall, the store was quite organised, the items were neatly placed on the shelves, which were properly labelled in bold prints, and the aisles were spacious as always.There was some sale ongoing especially on the bathroom and kitchen units. We found the new range of kitchen installation quite modern and beautiful. (See picture and video).P.S: There's free parking.

Was ok. Not the biggest.Really needed to use the loo but out of action so I couldn?t carry on with my shop. Very Dissapointing.

Whatever you do don?t purchase 2.4 Matt de king and expect it to be that length as they 40 mm short and the manager can not do anything about it so I am off to trading standards advertising a product that?s is not correct tbh manager useless

The first visit was great, most staff were very helpful- much better than B&Q and better prices.Since went several times- was ok, got everything we were after.However returning items was problematic - we ordered some laminate which we did not use in the end- we tried to return it at store (a feat to get in the car in first place) and literally first few steps through the door they were every quick to tell us that because it?s not something they stock in shop they?re unable to return it (or assist in any way). This is actually WRONG. As per their own terms and conditions, they should accept the items regardless of their stock and facilitate return to the origin themselves. They are unable to give refunds if it?s paid by PayPal but should offer customers a giftcard for same amount.Frankly a bit lazy on their behalf - which based on other comments appears that it?s very much down to luck- will you get the helpful team or the lazy team when you visit on day. ????

Staff saved me after a customer decided to change their mind half way through a projects and double the amount of material needed, the staff were really helpfull in help load my vehicle with 2 pallets.

Its alright i suppose. I mean the staff could be a little more responsive, in that i mean when asking a question to a member of staff (on several different occasions) to get more than a blank look in return, or "ummmm,ummmm" im not knocking anyone down here, maybe wickes HQ could maybe train their staff in customer etiquette? Maybe they do..... anyway good store lots available and reasonably priced.

If you need a kitchen or a bathroom and you have a small place, I would suggest them, the prices are quite good as well

Went to visit the shower department.. chap on the phone for an age, stock not priced, other staff didn't know the price, chap on the phone finished then went off somewhere else so we gave up in the end..lost sale of a shower unit and fitting
