Saved me twice now. Once I needed a vaccination short notice for travel.Today Bishopdown let me down badly. Wells answered the phone straight away and filled an urgent prescription just before my going on holiday. Thank you

This pharmacy has gone disastrously down hill in the last year or so. I was handed a prescription packet with my wife's name on it, only to find on returning home that the tablets were for someone else and quite different from what she was taking. I reported it and was given a verbal apology in the shop, but no official response.More recently there have been three occasions when having been told the prescriptions are ready, they were not handed over because there was no pharmacist on the premises when we called during standard opening hours.Today (Saturday) a standard prescription sent through by the GP last Tuesday is still not available.If this business is to retain any customers there needs to be a total revision of all their standardsRevd Christopher Jones

My mum went into the chemist for my sons medicine and they couldn?t have been more lovely. She came home and commented on how nice they were, I had to call them later in the day to ask advice on getting my six year old to take the horrible tasting medicine, we were really struggling with it and they were really helpful and kind. We all know they are busy and worry about asking things sometimes but they didn?t make us feel like we were taking up time and it was really helpful advice. Thank you

Really disappointed with the service! Bought a PCR test on Monday around 15:00 and did the test straight away. I?ve been told that I would receive the results next day by midnight which would be Tuesday. No results came and rang the lab and been told they haven?t even received the pack. Rang Wells and they said the results are until today and not yesterday. The information in the leaflet says the opposite as well. Such a mess. Now I had to pay for a 3 hour PCR test £119 and really frustrated as I lost £65 already.

Was ment to be open yesterday and never was when I went there with partner.NOT RELAYBLE AT ANY TIME.Also never have staff to mange work load and never have a backup.

Terrible rundown pharmacy unable to find anything poor managementWorked there as a pharmacist 5 months ago still unpaid. No reason. They don't answer nor respondCurrently being investigated by the GPHC and PDA for unprofessionalismI wouldn't trust them with anything. Stay away from Well completely!

Regrettably standards have dropped significantly since a new pharmacist took over. Well Salisbury is understaffed and disorganised. You are almost always in a queue outside in rain or cold, old or young or disabled and the staff cannot see this. Every transaction takes a long time and inexperienced staff cannot find your made up prescription. A real shake up is needed!

Awful, best avoided. You can change your electronic prescription to go elsewhere by phoning your surgery, suggest you do. Anywhere else is better. That's what ive just done, after my latest 'customer experience'.

I wish I could give a negative star. One of the worst pharmacies I've ever been forced to use. Prepare for long waiting, medication lost not being here on time. Avoid if possible.
