Once again, I cannot emphasise more the excellent after sales service experienced from Wave. After taking delivery of our bathroom 5 years ago, Gary replaced our faulty basin plug and waste, free of charge and explained in detail how to fit it. i have used Wave for a number of years on a variety of projects and have always found Gary and David to provide an excellent personal service and nothing is ever too much of a problem. An example is i had a slight issue with a basin tap and it was replaced immediately with no questions asked?.. you don?t get that from Amazon and business like this are harder to come by so use them or lose them!

Outstanding and knowledgeable customer service. We had a Wave bathroom fitted 5 years ago which we love. Popped in to see Gary today as a problem with the thread on the basin plug. He had a replacement to hand, advice on how to fit it, no charge and our basin is now fully functioning. Fantastic service.

Worst experience EVER!I had an appointment, a massive budget and was ready to spend. I had three bathrooms to renovate plus a possible fourth bathroom (for loft conversion later in the year).I had my own designs which obviously made this designer at Waves resentful and angry.. He spent the majority of the 30 minutes whilst I was there slagging off the ?competitor? bathroom company around the corner. He told me the competitor uses cheap goods from China, over-inflate their prices and kept telling me how rubbish their designs were, then bragging multiple times how he is an award winning designer and the competitor wasn?t. He even laughed in my face when I told him I had paid for my designs.Wasn?t shown anything in catalogues and only given a couple choices of items. These choices consisted only on what was displayed in his tiny showroom, none of which would be suitable for a modern bathroom. Even though I didn?t care for anything shown, I was willing to look at any other options as he told me the meeting would be several hours when I booked it?He then told me ?I don?t want to work with you, I don?t want you as a client?. I was like, excuse me??!Maybe it was my American accent he didn?t like? Same thing happened to another American who posted a review on here about Waves?This guy has no customer service skills whatsoever, was so rude and condescending to me on both a professional and personal basis ?and for what? Because I wanted to spend thousands of pounds and brought my own designs ? Sheesh!AVOID !!
