The lady on the Waitrose Post Office counter, Jenny, is always very helpful, friendly and a pleasure to speak with.

Friendly helpful staff, convenient location and I love being able to collect parcels from there rather than miss a delivery when not at home.

Run by rude and humiliating staff who seem to take pleasure in talking down to customers. Recent experience where by an elderly lady waited at the wrong end of the queueing area, when there was no queue, she was then shouted at that she was stood at the wrong end and told to move along. When she did, was called forward by the staff member using the tannoy screen. No personable service to be seen! I bring a number of parcels regularly and every time it seems to be a hassle.

Staff are so very helpful, and absolute bonus they're open when I can get there including Sunday.

Was served by a rude, unhelpful member of staff named Karen. Was unwilling to help me do my DBS, kept talking down to me and said she can't help me despite me having the relevant paperwork. Went to another post office with the exact same query and they did it for me within 2 minutes, no questions asked, no dramas, no hassle. Would absolutely avoid trying to speak to this Karen as she is extremely rude and needs to be coached on her people skills and her job in general as she doesn't seem to know what she's doing, and even then she's unwilling to help. Wears glasses and has brown hair.

The post office is located inside Waitrose which makes it super convenient. I usually just buy the item, mostly cards and home essentials, from one of the stores on site and walk up to the post office to send to family and friends. The team are kind and always helpful. I have lost track of the times I had to make use of their pens.

Asked about passport renewal. Done there and then, passport received 9 days later. Thank you Danny, you were excellent.

3 staff on so the queue was moving nicely. Served by a lovely lady who helped me with my 2 large parcels, gave me options and added return addresses to the packages for me as i hadn?t thought to do so. Had a good chat to fill the time. Will return again and again.Didn?t get the ladies name but know she does wild swimming. Keep up the great service. Thank you

The staff at this Post Office are absolutely lovely. Very helpful, never flustered and totally professional at all times. I would recommend this PO to anyone in the certain knowledge that they?d get an excellent service.

Waitrose Salisbury's cafe is evidently a popular place, with a clattery, chattery, school-canteen sort of atmosphere. And cheese on toast's a top comfort food on a grey, dripping January day. Nice slice of bread with a layer of toasted Cheddar is of course called Welsh Rarebit a la Waitrose and very acceptable it was too - though at £4.25 that's a tidy mark-up on the basic ingredients. Still, you can't expect transport-caff prices in this middle-class mecca. By the way, it's time that places like this, that proclaim eco credentials, ditch the soft-plastic sauce sachets. And Waitrose Salisbury should find a good plumber to sort out the car park drains - waders would have been handy when stepping out of the car.

We had such a lovely experience with Nick who served us at the checkout today in Waitrose Salisbury. He was so kind with my little boy, chatting about dinosaurs and making him feel valued. Sounds small but good customer service really sets your day off on a positive note - thank you Nick!

Picked my daughter up from school and decided to have a coffee before her swimming classes and got very disappointment when you ask for a sausage roll at 3.20pm and staff (not very friendly) says hot food is served only till 3pm!!! No signs but also should not the sausage roll been removed from the window??

Shout out to the young lad running the cafe kitchen by himself today at the Waitrose Newbury. Traditional English Breakfast with extra Potato Rosti was cooked superbly. Understood you were a bit under pressure first thing today but great cooking. We decided to have breakfast here to avoid the one at the B&B we stayed at. My wife was very happy you did a proper poached egg compared to the overcooked / obliterated one she was served yesterday at the B&B!
