This surgery is a blessing to Salisbury! I am a clinical professional and rarely have I had to access GP services as a patient however I have recently registered with Endless Street and had to use the services of the surgery for a very sad and personal nature. The staff are always so polite and understanding, offering empathy and compassion during any engagement I or my partner have had with them. They are clearly well trained on the needs of the patient and have offered prompt and appropriate management on every occasion. I can?t fault them and it is so refreshing to receive services like this in such an oversaturated service provision. By far the best surgery I have encountered both as a professional and a patient. Thank You

When one knows full well that one would like a non-urgent appointment, I.e. Which doesn?t need to be triaged, and for example any time in the forthcoming week or even two weeks, why are we kept on hold for up to an hour (with 40 preceding calls) to be told that there are no more appointments today and to ring back again tomorrow; when the likelihood is that the same thing will ensue? Why can?t the receptionist book an appointment into a vacancy any time in the week ahead, or at least take a brief not of the symptoms so that the appropriate clinician can ring back?

Strangely enough it's a good place to see a doctor or nurse

We've never even met our doctor over the years we've been here so no idea what he's like. It seems you have to be dying to see one - literally! My husband's physio appointment was because he could hardly walk and was in agony but still no doctor's appointment offered. We turned up for the physio but the physio room is upstairs with no lift! My husband could hardly walk and certainly couldn't use the stairs. We saw the physio in a small windowless room where no examination was done as there was no space. To cover the inadequacy he tried to justify it by telling us that not much would be achieved by it anyway. So no physio and still in agony. Who in their right mind would have a physio room upstairs if there wasn't a lift? Knowing a patient with a back problem who could hardly walk was coming in, why weren't we told in advance to save a very painful journey? We eventually had to pay to go privately for GP, physio and back specialist so this surgery has been of no use to us at all. Ironically the back specialist has found the source and recommended specific treatment and then intensive physio to treat the collapsed muscles. We'll have to pay for the physio so we can get access but it was a very necessary treatment.I've given two stars as we do get notifications for vaccines etc. However I've had blood tests and never got any results so no idea what's going on.When you phone you have to wait for a long screed of unwanted information, perhaps to put you off in the hope you put the phone down. Then it starts to ring and is cut off - then silence (during which time most will think it's cut off and give up) and then it's eventually answered.Very pleasant people once you get to talk to someone. I do understand the restrictions the NHS is working under but either it's a service or it's not. You get the impression that you're just a piece of administration to be filed but I don't think it's just this surgery. From what I've heard others are much worse but that's only hearsay.Does anyone know how you can get to see a doctor? It's a mystery to us.

My wife, Gillian White contacted the Endless Street practice for a telephone appointment Monday 24th April, and received a very quick response, then was given an appointment during the afternoon. Following this, an ECG app' was arranged for 6pm, and then was seen by Dr Howell, who dealt extremely well with a diagnosis, as did all the medical staff. So she was very pleased and thankful for the quick and efficient assistance given during the day.

The vaccination centre wasn't easy to find. No road signs and no clear building signs. I parked up and did a Google search and found an article saying there was a new vaccination centre in a retail unit, got out of the car to have a look around, and noticed a dark sign in the distance. The booking email only directs you to the retail park, with no instructions as to which building it is.The queue was quite short - around ten people. The layout was very simple. The staff were friendly and communicated clearly. For some reason my booking didn't show up, but that didn't cause any issues. I just carried on in the queue as a walk-in and my details were found extremely quickly. The whole thing took less than fifteen minutes. In and out. Simple and clear.Well done. A much better experience than my previous vaccination centre. Just needs some more signage.

I appreciate all that the staff there are doing at surgery, the receptionist haven't got it easy with having to let people in physically, they are rushed off they're feet. Thank you for all you do for us, and all the moaning you take from patients. Went for booster covid jab, that was very well organised and everyone was very polite. Thanks again for all you do for us, your all very much appreciated.

Arrival process for booster poorly organised, long wait for a timed appointment. Appointment was incorrectly given as booster and flu, despite the fact that I had my flu jab weeks previously, also organised by the practice.
