Feel sorry for the lovely ladies that work at the desk for having to work with such a narcissistic, rude, self centred pharmacist with a clear superiority complex, Asian male, middle age, didn?t catch his name whilst he half shouted at me across the counter to explain to him the SHAPE of my inhaler, because if it?s a certain shape, I can?t take a certain medication?. That?s news to me. Sign off by the doctor with all my relevant info but not good enough for him apparently. I would rather keep getting my medication sent to somewhere else then have to deal with that each time.

Ive always had good service both here and the surgery.. The staff are under alot of pressure but it doesnt stop them being amazing

Whilst very ill with a chest infection a friend was kind enough to try to pick up a prescription for me. A box of 28 steroids were missing. Phoned Tanday and was told they were given to my friend. Checked with friends, but they were sure that box was not given to them. Phoned Tanday back and had to demand they check for the tablets. They found them at the pharmacy after a quick look. No apology. I had to collect them the following day. Wearing a mask for the sake of other customers and coughing my heart up, went to collect them and had to watch the poorly trained staff doing things like filling the tills with coins, and fiddling with paperwork whilst the queue of people extended out the door. I asked the person behind me if I was invisible, but they could see me just fine. Got served, no apology. I kept my cool and muttered under my breath. But if the next customer dragged someone over counter and lost the plot it wouldn't be the customer's fault. Useless service, dished up with some strange kind of arrogance. Won't use them again. You shouldn't either. Forgetting to give out a box of tablets is one step away from giving out the wrong tablets, and that could be fatal.

All the staff are efficient, friendly and polite. H the pharmacist is amazing and goes out of his way to be helpful and obliging.

Yet again, despite having had my repeat prescription for 10 days, it wasn't ready when I went to pick it up! I am clinically vulnerable with an auto-immune condition and had to wait 25 minutes for just 1 item. Definitely going to explore home delivery. Poor service!

They don?t answer their phone! They may be busy, but it?s no excuse as helps people traveling to them, only to be told their prescription requirements are out of stock!

I feel that the excuse of COVID and staffing has been and gone. 4-5 staff behind the counter, yet only one person serving. Prescriptions are not prepared and ready to collect which means whatever time you arrive there?s always a long queue and wait time.

I had an appointment at the dentist at Fisherton House at 3.30pm for a painful tooth. She diagnosed an abscess which needed antibiotics. I took my prescription to Tandy?s Pharmacy, there was a queue, I thought it would take ages! They were so organised, took my prescription and after a little wait I got them! Home by 4pm, excellent service, well donex

I get that it's a stressful time for places being understaffed but the wait was ridiculous. Got there at half four and got to front of queue in 15mins to then stand out in the cold for an hour and 5 minutes watching so many other customers come and go. I gave them over 48 hours notice so why the wait times are so ridiculous I do not know. They need to sort it out. Also after I've given them my details they are telling older people that it's a long wait and to wait in the car with no thought of invisable disabilitys other people face - not everyone can stand out in the cold for over an hour - even if they appear young and healthy! Signing up to pharmacy2u tonight because this really is the last straw.
