great service, the young girl who served me was knowledgable and could answer any question I had, even being honest with me and suggesting the lower end model ipad for my purposes. personalised experience! will be here again for any trouble i have!!!

The staff are awfully incompetent. I knew more about their products than they did! Once it turned 1pm they tried to kick me out the store for a ?lunch break?. A retail store, closing for lunch? Stupid. I wanted to buy a phone and they refused to sell it to me and told me to come back at 2pm. Fat chance! That business won?t live long unless they hire some knowledgeable staff and replace the waste of a human they call a manager.

Friendly team. Really helpful and knowledgable. Went in to get a new iPad and they said Ben helped set it up for me. Have purchased before a few years ago and the store seems to have changed a lot where they were taken over. Definitely improvement for the better.

Atrocious. How are they still in business?Apple told me to use them to replace my phone battery. Same day service, battery replacement turned into 10 days, no phone.First they broke the screen, and failed to install the battery correctly, then they broke the phone when they tried to fix the screen, then a replacement new phone turned into refurbished phone. They refused to say exactly what had happened or let me see the phone.At the end they refused to release replacement my phone unless I paid for the battery.They also refused my request for a temporary phone due to their incompetence, I was told that Vodafone were next door and could sell me a cheap phone.Staff told me (in writing) I was getting ?a good deal? by getting a replacement phone and a new screen protector.Complaint to Select they said they would look into the complaint, then the reported it be 2 to 3 days.Then stopped answering emails and hanging up when I phoned them. Complaint ongoing.Believe everything written in these reviews; they are appalling.

Came in for an Apple Watch but was not allowed to try one on to help decide what size to go for, despite all of the other products being able to being handled and lifted etc. The Apple Store or John Lewis, both in Southampton are a good alternative if you don't mind some extra travel.

popped in yesterday - nice bright storetwo girls were lovely at the counterbut the guy who served me looked sloppy unwashed and found it hard to engage in a conversation and not customer centric.

Do not go here.Visited the store in the week to see if they had an iPhone 14 in stock. The young girl looked at me like I was an alien when I approached the till and was visibly confused when I asked her a basic question about stock. Her attitude was like a moody teenager and her uniform was absolutely non existent along with her customer service skills.I bought a phone elsewhere and returned to get a screen protector. I entered the store and went to look at the screen protectors. I wasn?t greeted or acknowledged once until I approached the till where this time the same scruffy member of staff was accompanied by her colleague also wearing some sports jumper and leaning up against the wall like she was posing for a JD sports photoshoot. Zero interest in us being there, zero attention to customer care. Zero uniform and there is no hint of professionalism anywhere to be found in this awful excuse for an Apple retailer. Go to an actual Apple Store, this place is a waste of time.

Tried to ask about trading in my old phone couldn?t as my phone is third party fixed . It?s all right . But the older lady at the service counter looked at me and judged like I could not afford an iPhone

We really need a zero stars option for these folks. Booked a really simple battery replacement for an iPhone to be done at the Select at Salisbury. Arrived at the assigned time and was told I would need to leave the phone with them and I would have to collect on another day. This came a surprise as this is normally a pretty quick process, but the two rather smug assistants told me they had had a lot of problems with customers and it was Apples fault. I asked if they had my email, which was confirmed so I asked why if they have had problems, did they not mail me to say this as they had 10 days notice.Calling them a Premium Reseller is a joke, no idea of service, poor attitude to customers and not even a suggestion of when they could do the replacement.As can be seen on the other reviews here I am not alone is my frustration and I STRONGLY recommend not using these clowns for anything to do with your Apple products.

Do Not Use!Took my iPhone 13pro in for a repair on the camera and new screen. After the phone kept rebooting over and over. Tried multiple things, in the end I had to take to Apple in Southampton... Who upon investigation found the screen cable bent inside the device and specific screws missing. SHAMLES! Luckily i was just inside the warranty and they gave me a new phone but Salisbury Select should be shut down! Neglectful and useless!

Extremely disappointing experience! I went to the store naively hoping to support the local high street and because it's advertised as 'premium Apple reseller', but ended up cancelling my order after waiting for five weeks for the item - no updates nor any communication from the store, not even an apology for wasting so much time. Bought the same spec watch online and had it delivered the next morning which just proved there was no stock shortages, just horrible customer service and incompetence.

I bought an I pad air a month ago at Salisbury Stormfront and found the service very positive and helpful along with three year warranty.Looking forward to buying more products from them very shortly.

Interesting visit to Sormfront Salisbury yesterday.On entry the two members of staff were alone in the store, spotting me they continued their conversation and only came to me when it was becoming embarrassing. Getting information on a new iPhone mini was a challenge and ultimately aborted in favour of another retailer.Never mind apple get the business anyway.

My husband took his iPhone to this store in Salisbury for a battery replacement it took over a week to fix and we had to chase them as the staff didn?t order the battery and then had to wait for a technician to fit. The staff were polite enough but process inefficient and inconsistently managed.

Terrible customer service. Told my phone repair was ready on Saturday (came in Monday as was busy then) to find that was a lie and it had not been repaired. Had to make a long journey to collect and no apology from the store or member of staff Beckie for this. No attempt to put it right by fitting the screen today either. By the time I collect will be late Tuesday at the earliest meaning I will have been without a phone for 5 days rather than the 24 hours other apple stores quote for a new screen. I've wasted time and fuel money on this and no hint of any customer service or attempt to put their failings right. Lacklustre in all aspects - I heartily recommend taking your business elsewhere.
