“I have been using Rowlands medical practice pharmacy for many years since it been open. I have always had positive experience with the chemist and would never use any other pharmacy. I collect my medication weekly and all the staff have been polite considerate. They learn your name very quickly. I seen staff come and go but not one member of staff have ever been rude. They know what medication I have. They always go out there way to talk to you ask you if you have any concerns with any medication. I recently had a problem with my prescription due to doctors they could see how much it was affecting me because I ended up crying, danni and another member of staff went round to my doctors to speak to them because they weren't listening to me. And true to there word they sorted it out for me.They all work very hard even when some people are not happy because of one thing after another. I have a lot of respect for them all. They deserve alot if respect. They all deserve to be awarded with praise. Thank you so much for your hard work day in day out.”
