“Just want to say what a lovely experience I had today at the Three store in Salisbury. Went in to upgrade my phone and give my mum my old device. The young lady who served us (annoyingly didn’t get her name!) was so so helpful and lovely and even offered to swap everything over from my old device to my new one.We popped back to see if it was done and unfortunately it was taking a while to sort … one of those things! When we went back once it was all sorted she had very kindly got me a chocolate egg as a sorry for things taking a while!Honestly one of the loveliest retail encounters I’ve ever had, she went above and beyond!I hope she reads this, and I hope she knows how much it made my day :) xx”
