Sadly on entry to the store it seemed like it was closing down. Empty racks, poor lighting. Then we went upstairs to the cafe. Only one very slow person serving, other staff members around, but not very motivated to help queuing customers. Such a shame.

ALWAYS running out of food at LUNCHTIME. Forward planning would ensure there?s enough to go round. I?m stumped when told ?we?ve run out of chips.? Is there a 21st century potato famine we don?t know about? The toilets are very rarely in service. It?s 21st century Britain M&S. Get a grip??‍??.

Heartiest praise of your floor staff member Olivia. An absolute ambassador of m&s!

Have shopped at M&S Salisbury for years. Todays experience was not good. I got the distinct impression that the Sales Assistant on duty on the first floor did not really enjoy his job nor actually wanted to be there. Customer service and common courtesy akills seriously lacking. I think he needs to be sent on a training course .... or find a job he enjoys!!

Salisbury M&S have reopened their cafe with the easing of lockdown rules. It used to be a go-to place in Salisbury if you wanted a decent cup of coffee and a nice scone. I've just been with my wife and would recommend you don't waste your money, there are much better cafes in Salisbury. We had coffee and scones a few days after they opened. They did not have decaf coffee, though they've had weeks to get organised, and the scones were disgusting: dry, tasteless and inedible. Still no toilets in this branch! They have been constantly unavailable since 2020! What's going on M & S???

Quite a reasonable size store over 2 floors with easy access. It has a food store on the ground floor and all the usual clothes and other items seen in most M&S stores on the rest of the bottom and second floor.

I adore shopping here at price reduction times, most products are cheaper than Tesco with much better quality

Just went in this morning. Was looking for 10-11yo school trousers. Found one pair that were supposed to be sold as pack of two, paired with an 8-9yo size. Asked for help. Two ladies, either not quite awake early on Saturday morning or just generally unhelpful. Terrible experience. Would not shop in M&S especially in Salisbury. If this is your customer service relation style, you better off moving on to online portal only. Stop using unfriendly people in your stores.

Yes the cafe serves predominantly people of a certain generation but we are not too precious to come here for afternoon tea after walking all around town. We got the coffee walnut cake and the chocolate cake, both delicious and they took away the residual taste from a poor pub lunch elsewhere. Wife got the Brazilian single origin Americano coffee with liquid cream on the side as she likes it so we were happy to take the weight off our feet. Did a little shopping as well as thereâ??s a much bigger range than in Australia. Finally you can always find a reasonable free toilet in M and S, a bonus for we tourists, and quite unlike the experience in France
