Ashley was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He showed us lots of possible options but didn't push anything on us. Beautiful selection of bathrooms to choose from. Very extensive showroom.

Ashley was very professional and helpful. He took time to listen to what we would like and then was able to show us relevant products that would fit in with the water system we had in our house. He took time to explain everything to us and no question was too small. We did not feel rushed or pushed into any decisions. Would definitely recommend Ashley to anyone who wanted bathroom products.

Excellent range of products on display, variety of price points and friendly staff. We met with Jamie who was both patient and very helpful. We had intended just to get a quote, having had two others already, however, we felt comfortable and at ease and so placed an order there and then, even adding in extras that we had considered getting from elsewhere. Would recommend and worth the 2 hour round trip.

Excellent post installment service. Our shower broke down 6 yrs after installation thus outside any warranty. They went over and beyond in their efforts to resolve the issue as the supplier of the unit no longer functioned. They offered a free replacement from their stores but alas not up to mains pressure. Alternative units were researched by them an all within 48 hrs. Excellent company.

We were well looked after by Josh from the moment we walked into the showroom and after several visits and his good advice we placed an order. It was delivered on time as agreed and we are very pleased. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

More than helpful at every stage; prepared to listen to the foibles of people changing bathroom furniture for the first time in 15 years ie not really experts. Where we had not ordered enough they organised delivery of shortfall within 24 hours: where we did not use an item they took it back without fuss. Delivery to home was most efficient.
