I asked for a new local card which I got refused with no reasoning and rude response.Not sure if changed hands as the staff always used to be friendly in here? won?t be using again.

Used many time the collect point in here , I had never issue !Picked up one parcel on the 24 th of March /Thursday / he was on his phone / , and then I check my other parcel on Friday which said it been delivered! Couldn?t find any code for it , went in to check with the guy , he is on his phone speaking with someone , told me you have to call it?s not me !?Didn?t even listen to me what I want to ask ! So I did told him he is always on his phone and he didn?t listen to me at all ! Asked for the book to complain he didn?t give it to me , he said he is the manager and I just came here to argue.Anyway , I found a txt message , after he calmed down and told me to check if I got txt message, so that?s helped !!! Would have saved us an argument , if he is not on his phone and listen to me !He is rude and arrogant, shouldn?t be behind the counter at all !!! No skills to it !!The guys who all was there before they all been very helpful and friendly, but most importantly listened !!!
