Went here to purchase items on 3 occasions and none of them were ever in stock surprising when you see size of store. Had to order items and wait for home delivery, should of done that in the first place and saved journey to store but trying to support high street shopping and this didn't do it any favours

I am sharing my experience which happened with me at Curry PC Salisbury. I went to the store to buy a Samsung S9 Ultra tablet, and the price they were showing for the tablet was £999. I wanted to buy that tablet on the spot, but there was no one to assist me. I waited for 45 minutes, and then a guy came. I said I want to buy this tablet now, and he said yes, we have it in stock. I saw that the tablet's storage was 256GB, and I said I want to buy the same device. The general manager of the store came, and his name was Kevin. He said the price of this is wrong; it's not £999, it's £1199 'rudely'. I said I will pay what I see here on the price list. Kevin went to his office, got the new print of the price list, put it on the device, and said rudely we don't have this stock at the moment, so we can't sell it to you. The new price was also wrong; he put £1199 for a 128GB device. Sorry to say, but he doesn't have any knowledge about general management. I bet the CEO of the company to visit the store once and see your company losing customer and money.

Dismal place. Great staff but...low stock. Didn't have the product on the website. So ended up in B&M for Sony headphones .Desperate times.

Visited this store 2 days ago to buy a TV with my daughter. No sales team approached or where availible to help her when asked. A senior female supervisor was too busy standing in the middle of the quiet store to help. They did inform me someone would be available soon. Jack the warehouse technician passed by and did his best to get someone to help. Eventually someone was available to take her cash for the TV. I was looking at a new drone however when my daughter informed me that they wouldn't accept her Scottish bank notes I just left. Jack the store man earned this star or it would have been Zero if I could. Used other branches before and never been as bad as this place.

Very busy store today I approached a female senior member of staff who wasn't with staff or customers and asked for help and I was directed to the desk near the tills. After waiting a while I turned around to see she was still free so again I asked for help and she came over and told me she still couldn't help and I would have to wait for someone else. The service desk had no one on it at the time I was there, thankfully Matt on the cash register was really helpful and sorted my issue out and I was on my way maybe management could learn some customer service from him. My rating is rated on how helpful he was.

I?ve been standing in this store trying to buy an iPad - literally ready to pay for one, no selling had to be done for me? and the store assistants just ignore us. They wouldn?t walk across the shop to help. I asked the salesman behind the desk and he said he doesn?t work on the floor and he wouldn?t help. Mind blowing. He actually refused. The apathy is pathetic and you?ve made me go buy from someone else.

Really don?t see the point in you having a shop if you don?t stock simple things like irons, why would I just want to look at one to the buy online, i queued 30 mins to get there, went to b&m and got one no problem ?

Absolutely disgusting,!!!! ordered a £2300 TV, paid for slot delivery , removing and recycling the box. Driver arrived late, arrogate people , walked all over bedroom carpet with muddy boots Didn?t unpacked and recycle the box as seems it?s not their job !!!I am sure can spend £2300 on TV somewhere else with some manners!!Just a joke!!!
