Popped in on Wednesday 27th Dec, asked a sour faced older assistant on make-up stand a question she quickly replied she didn't know and that she didn't want to be there, well love---- if you don't want to be there then go, let someone else have your job, terrible attitude, terrible customer service, judging by other reviews I'm not alone, BOOTS you need to get some young assistants who enjoy working with makeup and skincare,

On the very rare occasion you may only have to wait around ten minutes. Normally the wait is twenty minutes plus. Slow, slow, slow.

Just went to boots in salisbury wiltshire The lady at the help desk for the pharmacy does not no what she is doing we asked for ear drops,witch they sell, she said just go to the walk in i explained to her .but it was like talking to the wall .so we left and went to another pharmacy . i understand its christmas and some people dont want to work but she had a attitude i guess for chrismas

Go to any other boots if you want to use the no7 range. I?ve never met such a rude bunch of people. Had the worst experience with a red/orange head that couldn?t have been more inconvenienced by my presence it?s untrue. Waste of time.

Boots shop assistant, Salisbury, locked the doors at 5.25pm on Weds 25 Oct 2023 even though closing time is not until 5.30. I showed her the time but she shock her head with no apology. I urgently needed to buy a product from the Chemist and would have taken just 2 minutes !!!! Bad customer service Boots. Your customers are your bread and butter! I took my custom elsewhere!

Yet again we have had the misfortune to choose to go to this store over any other pharmacy in the city. What a mistake. We needed to go to the counter by the pharmacy due to our expected purchase. As has happened before, there was no one there. The staff on the pharmacy counter looked at us, completely ignored us when all they had to say was 'sorry, someone will be with you shortly'. Be ashamed Boots, you should be so much better than this!

This Boots store desperately needs self service kiosks. The queues are crazy, I work in town. I would be really concerned with the amount of lost sales from people just leaving their shopping and walking out. The queue area looks like it hasn?t been re stocked in weeks. The beauty staff are always huddled together and it?s hard to get any assistance from them. Overall I try to shop in Superdrug or online for my premium items. I also get my prescriptions to a Pharmacy out of town as the queues at the pharmacy counter are even worse.

I was waiting in the pharmacy line for 15 minutes (no exaggeration) before anyone appeared to serve anyone, I was only 3rd in line and the whole process took about half an hour, I will be finding a new pharmacy

World?s worst pharmacy run by a bunch of overworked and poorly managed staff, most of which do not give two hoots. Queues always out the door, everyone running around without a clue. I?m recently £50 out of pocket on a private prescription because of a stock/technical mistake on their end - their response: ?This is our fault but we can?t do anything about it and if you?re not happy you?re welcome to find another pharmacy.?

Very busy, and prepare for long lines, but the staff are kind and helpful, so it's worth the wait.
