This is one of the best Car Mechanics in Salisbury. AA told me I need a new engine and Ford told me the same. Autotech just fixed it. I am still driving it over a year now on the same engine that was told it was gone by AA and Ford. Top guys

I took my sister in to get her car checked as she was having engine misfires. She brought me back the invoice and it was ridiculous. They tried overcharging her for a simple job. I called them back to ask them why they were charging her this much (bearing in mind I already knew how much all this would cost roughly). They tried coming up with a bunch of excuses such as how a coil replacement would take 2 hours. If it wasn't for me, they would've finessed her with double the price of what it should cost. I can't believe what they tried to do. It's a lucky thing that she brought the invoice back to me first before going ahead with any of the work.

This, the garage was recommended by the AA. I had a mot and a service. After i left the garage, i found out my aircon didn't work, and the screen wash had the top off but not filled.After contacting them, I was asked to look at the fuse it was not the fuse, (I had to look up online to even find out where it was)By the grace of God, I had also seen a video about the air filter being changed and could see this was located in the foot well, a main electrics connector had to be disconnected simple process to access the filter... Yep, it was disconnected still..fixed it myself.. I'm a lady in my 60'sDuring the mot i had asked them to fix my car door as the handle had broken off, and they agreed at an extra cost.. I thought it was ok as it beeped when i clicked the remote, and the lights flashed when I pressed the car fob.. A few weeks later , I was camping and had to leave my car in the carpark, so I double-checked by pulling the car handle.. my car was not locked, and even the key would not turn around in the barrel to manually lock.. don't use this garage it's just asking for trouble.. never trust them again..

TERRIBLE! LEFT MY CAR IN A DANGEROUS STATE!Booked a service via AA SmartCare that sent the car to Autotech. The first time I drove it after the service, the dashboard lit up. I consulted the manual which stated do not drive the car & seek specialist help.I phoned AA SmartCare, I phoned the garage, the garage promised to send someone out to read the engine code (they wouldn't commit to when it would be fixed), on both occasions no-one from the garage showed up. I was left with an undriveable car for 4 days.Eventually I had to arrange my own independent inspection of the vehicle, the technician located the issue - cabling hadn't been done up after the oil filter was changed during the Autotech service.That was over a month ago, I never heard back from the garage, as far as they know I still have a dead car on my drive. They just don't care. The customer service is appalling, the technical competence is worrying low.I wouldn't trust them to fix a toy carService: General repairs & maintenance

We broke down in our campervan and were worried that this was the end of our touring, luckily we were so close to Autotech. Fixed the issues with in minutes! Amazing! Can't recommend highly enough. Thank you so much!

I have been having trouble with my car lately and everytime I call and enquire they are so helpful and offer as much help as they can. Will give a full estimate and will offer a pay assistant payment options! I will always take my car there and recommend anyone do the same!! Booked in for MOT though a friend. The guys were very helpful and friendly on my arrival. My car was taken in straight away and I was shown were I could wait. Very good and professional service would recommend!
