Illegal practices from the station which have been reported to trading standards, local authorities and the police for further reviewAscona have refused to release any proof of their investigation, fail to fully review and keep full CCTV imagery and despite evidence try to claim that there customers don't know how to use a petrol pump. After todays visit i am disappointed with the service as im new to the area after a long drive today with two of my kids i stopped on the way home to fill my car and my son woke up telling me he needed to be sick so i took him away from the pump as it could not be helped so he was sick at the side after putting him back in the the car i went in to tell the young man that he had been sick to the side. His response was very unprofessional he said well i hope he didnt make a mess and you should have took him somewhere else to be sick and you should have thought of other people i was sickened by the response and i got my phone out to record his behaviour to witch he says in my video after picking his phone up to pretend to record me this women has made her child be sick. I hope the management deal's with rhis with the correct disciplinary action and teaches the young man with the correct customer service and how to be more understanding and helpful with theres as unwell 5 year old. Because im sure if i took this further this would not look good for the business.
