I visited the store today, the gentleman in there was very helpful and the customer service was second to none, however the store was very cold and I did feel for the poor man who was wearing a hat to keep warm.

Such a cold and unwelcoming shop.
I chose my cards went to the checkout no one there only a self service machine.
Scanned my cards then as soon as the first bleep came suddenly a member of staff appeared from nowhere and stood behind the self service till looking st me.
I felt extremely uncomfortable. I felt as though they were expecting me to pick up the cards and walk out.
What a pity there isn't someone to actually serve you and say hello and thank you.
I would not visit this shop again.

Very useful to have a small WHSmith in a small village. Has a selection of cards, magazines, stationery & games etc
