Ordered on ubereats three tango ice blasts. All Three where supposed to mixed one of them was actually mixed one of them barely mixed and the final one wasn?t mixed. I phoned the store they said that that ice had just melted totally untrue it was not melted. When I asked why one of them wasn?t mixed he replied we had none of the flavour I requested which fair enough but why didn?t they fill the rest of the cup with the second flavour? Instead of leaving it half full? Doesn?t make much sense I understand it?s late and they guy who answered was polite and professional just a bit disappointed that?s all. I understand this could not even be the stores fault and could just be a rude Uber driver drinking it and have made a complaint to Uber also. No hate to the staff they were lovely on the phone.

Always check your receipt prices are never right to the price on the shelve always overcharged and the women behind the counter just laughed when. I told her didn't think she could understand clearly that I was overcharged so I just left and didn't get my refund be carful when paying in this store

Absolutely disgusting attitude at 6:30am 10th February. I'd call it customer service but there was zero of that!I walked in stated the number of the pump I used "number xx please" and he just stared at me. I said it again and he just continued to stare at me. Eventually, he nodded towards the card terminal. Not a single word passed his mouth. I noted that he had put the transaction to the card terminal but as I wanted something else, I asked for that. He huffed, cancelled it off and threw what I wanted on the counter.I have used this place regularly since it opened through both work and personal transactions and never had a problem with anyone else. This particular employee however, is ALWAYS ignorant to the highest standard.Next time I pull onto the forecourt, if he's behind the counter, I'll be driving down to Shell.Not a word from his mouth throughout the whole transaction.Appalling attitude from start to finish.He's only young too, a huge learning curve to be had, I think. Maybe a customer service course or 10.Edit on response: He slammed the item onto the counter!Miscommunication? There wasn't ANY communication whatsoever apart from me stating my pump number. You can't sugar coat poor customer service and on that note, you've lost a customer.

Used this garage for diesel a couple of weeks ago, there card machine was not working so I couldn?t use my bp card to pay and had no other means of payment.They said to fill a form in and that would let me pay online, what they didn?t tell me about was the extra £10.00 I had to pay which I can?t claim back.What a set of W+nkrsIn response to your reply, the only answer I require is YES or NO to if I come to your garage are you going to refund the £10.00 charge I received when YOUR card machine failed

Love the layout inside, for a petrol station they have allot of items on offer and reasonably priced. The staff are quiet and polite.

came in over the weekend and overheard the mostdisgusting thing. i overhead one of the male employees talking to a female one about her ?gaining weight? in an inappropriate manner at the till. not only is this unprofessional and inappropriate itself but the fact this was done at the till where customers heard is another level, can?t imagine how they get treated inside. absolutely horrible, never going back

Called here on my way to work and oh boy what a mistake. I believe I was deliberately over charged however I did not receive a receipt to be able to check. Staff member on till needs to learn some customer services skills, he was a rude miserable excuse of a human. Never will I shop or use their services again.
