Your telephone contact option is needlessly long winded, providing poor customer services. I spent almost 5 mins on the phone just to be told lines are closed. Its almost like you don't want to help

Based on my and previous experience from today 25.07.2022 about 14:00 - 15:00 pm at Argos Marsh Way Wakefield.... Absolutely disgusting woman Manager! She has ZERO customer service abilities, is a bully and a joke! I can say the same about the from desk girls! Zero respect and manners! This was by far the worst experience i had at Argos UK. I will report them to Argos CEO and local authorities.

Argos customer service is awful, tried phoning Argos in Wakefield marsh way but no one is answering, I?ve tried another customer service number and I?m still in a queue which I?ve been in for over half an hour. I don?t have Facebook or Twitter to contact them and there is no email address to contact them.

I have used this store many times & have always found the assistants & service excellent also never any problem parking, pity it's going to close I shall miss it.

Useless staff especially; apparently shop manager called Humairaa was not able to help me with the returned item, for 7 month I've been waiting to get refund of argos. Her excuse was new system, though as a manager she was trained up well, but no. No help whatsoever.

I?ve always bought from Argos stores for years and would say the staff here tried to help me as well as the manager but it was obvious they have to stick to a script and can?t waiver from it. An assistant called Daniel did his best twice to help me with two calls to customer service and I was promised someone would contact me within 48 hours - no one got in touch, so I went back to store and Daniel called customer services again, this took another 30 mins calls to be told someone will contact me by 5pm - again no contact. So I?m giving ?phoning customer services a minus 10. Tried sending an email to Argos CEO but it wasn?t delivered, this whole experience has left me drained and still with an unresolved problem this has made me very wary of ever buying anything from an Argos store ever again. If you need customer services re an older purchase be prepared to waste hours of your life ??
