I often have real difficulties finding shoes that work for my feet and the assistant (Christine I think?) was incredibly helpful, listening to what I know works and picking out several suitable styles for me to try on, talking me through the differences and helping me with fitting. It's the first time I've had my feet measured in over 20 years too, the whole visit was incredibly thorough and not at all stressful - I'm very happy and will be back next time I need outdoor shoes!”
