Had trouble locating the correct Blum hinges for my kitchen doors but found Trade Hinges inline and searching their catalogue was easy using Blum part numbers. Good options too. Gave sound advice on Blum HKS lifters and very competitive prices. Next day delivery using DPD. All round great service, thanks.

Trade Hinges provided me with Carlisle Brass door knobs, they arrived in good time and I was very happy with the price and delivery. A year on, I needed more knobs, and I needed them to match the colour of the ones I ordered previously. I put in a request for this and they rose to this and sent over knobs that were an exact match. I appreciated them fulfilling this request and being efficient with their email communications to catch my requirement in time before sending. So thank you!

Great delivery and prices. Next day delivery for free, well packaged, fantastic quality kitchen drawers and fittings. Did the work yesterday and very happy with the end result even though I?d only class myself as a reluctant kitchen refurbisher.A++++ business, will always use from now on.

My first order from trade-hinges. I used the telephone and actually spoke to a human being. The lady I spoke with had a vast array of product knowledge and knew precisely what I was talking about. I had a budget in my head and this was beaten due to a bulk order. I couldn't be happier, the items arrived the next day, they were carefully packaged, the price was excellent and the customer service was exactly what you would like from everyone you deal with. Very pleased.The only reason I have given 4 and not 5 stars is that I have since found the item cheaper. But when you are looking for hens teeth you can't be too picky

First purchase from this company was fantastic. Ordered products at 3 o?clock and were delivered next morning at 25 past 9. The people I spoke with were pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. Should the need arise for more items I will visit them again if they sell them. First rate service from Sophie and Laura. Well done, keep up the good work. Also the courier service was first rate.

Just wanted to say a massive ?Thank you? to everyone at Trade Hinges for their superb customer service. From Janette who took my telephone call and helped me identify what I wanted, through to delivery 17 hours later. I placed my order at 4 o?clock via their website. An email from DPD advised their intended drop off time to be between 08:17 and 09:17 the next morning. In fact the order was delivered at 08:20! Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and obliging staff. I can highly recommend Trade Hinges and will certainly use the company again.

I cannot recommend these folks enough. I had really helpful technical advice over the phone, the products were all in stock and best of all DPD delivery meant I could track the order and be around to receive it. Truly superb and I'll be coming back again when I need more movento runners.

I shopped around to find economically priced hinges and found Trade Hinges. They stock quality Austrian Blum hinges. Their customer service is excellent. I ordered hinges several times with Sophie. She was always very helpful, kind and courteous. Sophie also gave me Blum's technical support based in Milton Keynes. The other team members are fantastic too. So, I need to give a shout out to the wonderful Janette and Mike. Also appreciate their considerate returns service after having placed sales orders of over £600.00. DON?T EVER BUY FROM THEM!!They have sent us faulty items, and when we sent it back and ask for a refund, they refused to give us our money back and claimed that the items were in a good condition, not to mention that they only replied to us a MONTH after we sent the items back! This is completely illegal and unprofessional!!!
