Visited on Tuesday pleading for antibiotics for what felt like pnumonia with all the same symptoms and the doctor point blank refused to give me anything at all. I'm self employed and need to be back at work but Dr Walsh still refused any treatment.Update. Had to attend Trinity Walk in Centre on Saturday as I was getting worse. Doctor there examined me to find I had Bronchitis and couldn't believe Kings Medical had sent me away empty handed. I have now been prescribed really strong antibiotics and hopefully on the mend.

Useless! Impossible to get an appointment or through to anyone. I tried the online system, sent detailed messages through the PATCHS system only to be fobbed off and told to call the automated phone number which says there are no appointments available, absolutely, appalling!

Moved GPs last year and am impressed by every staff member I have spoken to and seen face to face at this practice. Reception/admin staff are very polite and helpful. Louise and the GPs are caring, understanding and passionate.

Absolutely useless, receptionist thinks she?s a qualified doctor and talks down to you ,,, 40 mins waiting in a phone cue to just be told there?s no appointments available,,, seems to be run by muppets

Awful practice, been waiting for an eternity for prescriptions sorting, you go in, they tell you it will be ready and over at the pharmacy for collection next day and guess what, no?

Absolutely terrible, I was on at 8am position 6 got to 1 and they cut me off then tried calling back constantly engaged gets through just now position 31 asked for a call back incase I?m cut off again, 1 hr 56 mins for a call back I?m fuming, need an appointment today

Imagine having a doctors surgery who employ receptionists to do what? You phone for an appointment and get nothing. Trying to book an appointment for a 5 month old baby and you have to result in to booking out of hours. So routine goes out the window! Then have not only an unwell baby but now an overtired unwell baby because god forbid if you can see a doctor during daylight hours or even at your LOCAL GP. Instead you have to drive to Wakefield late in the evening. Useless and will be looking at other local surgery?s!

I found the surgery to be very helpfull I needed to see the doctor urgently and was in without an appointment in 30 mins. I had a consultation and full check up before being sent to hospital. Both reception and the care I received from the doctor was second to non .its easy to criticise in this day and age but my experience was very good . They do there bestbin overwhelming circumstances these days.thankyou all.

Can't give any less than 1 star or I would. Anything you call them for doesn't happen, wait over an hour in a queue only to be told to ring back tomorrow all appointments gone for today. Call back next day, same happens. Is it a Casino I'm calling as it seems a game of chance and my lucks run out.

Currently on the phone to them I have been first in the queue for 7 mins they are understaffed I get that but are unable to do the basics.The blond haired lady on reception needs to be removed from public facing duties she is rude and unhelpful.

The whole team are great, I have been very well looked after with follow up calls and appointments, I would especially mention a wonderful person called Ann who treated me so great and reassured me, even after I had a bit of a panic, thank you all
