I saw the prescriber for my travel vaccines, he spent time looking at the area and what vaccinations are recommended. He was knowledgable and did not rush at all. I would definatley go back.

I booked the ear syringing service at Midway Pharmacy in Morley through the online booking system. Really friendly and professional service from Sharon. I?m really grateful to be able to hear properly again. The treatment only took a few minutes and Sharon is clearly really well trained at what she does. Thank you again.

Walk in here any time and your probably going to be stood feeling ignored for at least 5 minutes before any even acknowledges your existence. Then it will be a while before your sorted. Set some time aside... I would probably go somewhere else if you can.

Visited for a pre-booked covid jab. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment & I was left to wait over half an hour after my appointment time. I was completely ignored until I questioned the member of staff giving the vaccinations. He told me the pharmacist wanted to check something with me & I was ignored again. I interjected again only told that the pharmacist had previously called me, which he most definitely had not! I was told it was "a question of my eligibility"! I have medical condition which makes me eligible for having this vaccination. This is something which could have been included on the form I was given to fill in on first entering the pharmacy, instead of "date of birth" & "age"! Then I might not have been over looked!

Arrived for Covid vaccination on time, they're running 45 minutes late as they've had a lot of walk ins! I was asked confidential medical questions in front of 17 other people also waiting in the pharmacy. Not much point of having a booking system, shouldn't medical questions be kept confidential? Poor.
