Worst ever Pizza Hut! Very poor customer service and very rude to the customers! I would have given ZERO stars but there are options for that. The pizza was so greasy as well.

Very poor customer service. Ordered 3 pizza’s from North Lane Pizza Hut. Nephew went to collect them, was given only 2 pizzas. Came home and received a call to say they forgot to give him the 3rd one. So nephew went back to pick up the 3rd one. Appalling and caused us some inconvenience with travelling back and forth.

My 2 daughters 1 aged 15 and one aged 13 went to collect a order we placed at this branch when my daughters came back to my car which was parked outside the shop there mood seemed a bit off I thought initially they both had a disagreement like siblings do it’s only until after eating at home I asked them what’s wrong... read full comment
