Bank u?e the money from standing ordered to have more comission without permision. I belive most of the people how work here they are payed for nothing and to layed the people how are used this bank. I went in to ask for passport copies to be certified, I was told it would be no problem and I was asked to wait. I was left waiting for 20 minutes before being told by a different person that they wouldn?t do it and was sent away.

An exceptional service from Albion st branch leeds personal thanks to Ryan manager and his team as a loyal customer of 20 years + I unfortunately had 2 strokes which left me with a head injury it gives me great comfort to know that nationwide building society give me much tolerance and curtacy on help and advice with my account. Sorted out some missing cheques for me, complicated by the fact that one was from a help-to-buy account which had to be closed in order to get the government interest. Although they had not dealt with a problem like this before, staff were friendly and tried hard to expedite the process for me.
