The new chap who works behind the desk (black beard/stocky) very aggressive, unfriendly, unhelpful, not at all interested, major chip on his shoulder, seems like he hates people or anyone that's not from the same background as him, very intimidating. To the management, how an earth can you have someone like this at the front desk?? It just doesn't make sense. I'm not too sure who he thinks he is, but it's not going down well with the locals.

I need to write this review, since the staff there are rude and don't care about customersYou can order your medication 2 weeks in advance and they still make you wait 30 mins. Also for some reason they never have all your medication and say its not in stock. The doctors next door know what they are like as well since they have trouble all the time with them.If you can avoid this place, then do it!

Two staff members behind the counter, one giving the other training, both ignored the customer standing waiting to be served but eventually deigned to acknowledge her. They clearly hadn't got onto the "Customer Service" module yet.

This is a waste of commercial space this pharmacy! Everything is always out of stock and as people below said staff is ridiculously rude! Im wondering whether you need to pass a rudeness test before they give you a job in this god forsaken establishment lolPlease avoid this place like the plague!

Terrible pharmacy overall. The staff take incompetency and rudeness to a new level.I felt that I needed to leave this review after my experience this afternoon. I called in with an emergency prescription for anti sickness medication for my daughter and was informed that it would be a one hour wait, the counter staff and pharmacist confirmed that the drug I needed was in stock. I then waited for an hour only to be told that they did not have it in stock. Immensely frustrating experience.The doctor in the practice next door knew their level of service and was dropping hints (which I did not get at the time!) to go elsewhere to get the meds dispensed.Avoid this pharmacy - look for an alternative.

The Harrogate Road branch is the worst pharmacy I have used. I?ve been using this for 10 years (only because it close to home). Prescriptions are never ready no matter how far in advance you order them (I often order 1.5 weeks in advance). Problems with staffing and computer problems are always given as an excuse, you would have thought they could have resolved this in 10 years. Staff are often rude and can be quite agressive

I collect a total of 27 prescription meds every 4 weeks, and have done so for the last 3 years my prescriptions are sent automatically from the doctors next door and every time it takes them over 10 days to process the prescriptions, I am given time scales to which they never meet and results in repeat visits as they have the terrible habit of never answering the phones, due to their abysmal service I have had to change pharmacies, on every occasion all I see is unhappy customers in their premises definitely not recommended. Due to the large number of prescriptions, I?m always assured they have been checked and on every occasion there are items missing, and then I?m subsequently told ?sorry about that? I don?t understand how a qualified pharmacist can make such errors, I detect corporate greed.

Worst chemist in leeds the pharmacist that work behind the counter getting the medication ready are rude and very slow. Doesn't matter if you hand in your script 4 days early you still have to wait 30 mins. Why doesn't the head office review this shop because the service is shocking very poor. I have changed chemist. As they are linked to the surgery they probably feel secure in there business. If they didn't have the link to the surgery they would fail as a chemist.

If Carlsberg did Pharmacies this would be a tramp drinking Meths on a park bench. I'm being generous giving them one star. They can have a prescription for weeks and it still won't be done when you go. Come back in 45 mins is the usual response and then you still have to wait when you come back two hours later. Zero organisation and zero customer service. 4 years at University to spend weeks putting some tablets in a bag.

Terrible service every time I go. I?ve rarely seen a customer get served without there being being an issue. There is only ever one person on the tills, and the dispensers don?t come to help. It is clear that the staff are not treated well by the company, or they would care more about customer service. I will be changing pharmacies.

Very very poor service! Order medication a week before it's due, to still be waiting to collect when going into the chemist. Excuse after excuse as to why it hasn't been done. This is the same every time we order a prescription.If you want your medication on time, I'd stay clear of this pharmacy. If I could give zero stars I would. Oh and the shelves are disgusting, full of dust. Needs a good clean
