Bad experience with rude staff when I asked about their much advertised discounted barbour deals. In fact, when I proved to them that there was not one barbour item in the mens department that was on discount I was told to go away. Probably why this branch is usually empty. Go and see for yourself. It's like a haunted freak show. I will not be going back.

My mummy comes here all the time but they never have her size in shoes coz ur all mean, but one of the workers has been there everytime I go and she's amazing she works so hard I hope she gets good pay

Really good selection of stuff across multiple floors. Good range of brands to suit most budgets.Feels quite novel going to a department store now that Debenhams has gone in Leeds. You definitely get the familiar department store experience of the waft of perfume as you walk in the door from all the beauty stuff!

Disappointing both with the stores items for sale really struggled to find anything I liked. Not many customers or staff about which when eventually found one was not very helpful

Plenty of designer brands nice atmosphere clothing presented well. Staff seemed freindly price are high but that's to be expected with designer clothes

I recently ordered a pair of shoes and couldn?t believe that I had to pay £4.99 to have them delivered to the store for ?Click and Collect?.Anyway, I receive the shoes and they are too big. I?ve now learned that I can?t return to said store, that I paid £4.99 to collect from, and in turn have to pay again myself to return them!I used to use HOF regularly but I can assure you this will be my last time. Non-existent customer service since it was bought over a few years ago. Real shame.

This company is a disgrace and I will be contacting trading standards. 3 weeks waiting for some sort of response from them for missing items. I will never shop with them again it is tantamount to stealing. Just refund what you owe. Avoid at all cost because it will cost you. Absolutely disgusting

Rang up this morning and got through to an automated reply that basically cut me off straight away so at least they get their money from my call!!! Cheeky so and so's! I ordered some clothes which were around £500 and was charged for delivery then I have to pay for returns too! I wanted to know if you can take back to the store, like with Next, but obviously got no joy! Robbers!

This store is struggling since Mike Ashley took over , some of the perfume counter displays are empty and now seeing sports wear ( adidas etc ) filling gaps in the mens & womens clothing departments....

Tacky horrible shop and a sad shadow of what was once a high-end department store. Rails of tracksuits and t-shirts!!! You can tell spo*ts d*rect has bought them out. Never visit it again! Ashley Out!!!
