Great service today 9th March. Booked in for a wheel alignment and left the car with them, less than 2 hours later i got the call it was ready. Happy to have a print out showing the work completed and a quick tyre and break check was also done as part of the service. Happy to see on paper and was given a quick rundown of the paperwork in the office.Normally id avoid the big chain garages but definitely got one on one friendly service.

Halfords Garage Review.This review is for the garage part of the store and not the shop.What can I say about the manager Pete. This man is a true salt of the earth, a decent person. His prime aim is not to rip you off or even charge you for something simple like a battery change.I won't bore you with my 2x visit to the store, and he still looked after me to a degree that made me feel speechless and humbled me.In life, everyone wants to charge you for next to nothing or minimal service. Not Pete.Thank you, Pete.If you are looking at using this garage, you should be looked after or ask for Pete.

SHOCKING all round, from the misleading email with the illegible small print, to being eventually allowed to order on the website (which was down for three hours) finally managing to order for Click and Collect, then getting a missed call from what I can only presume was the store (Killingbeck), calling that number back, the "customer service" agents not being able to understand/hear me and "blind" transferring to a number that didn't answer, shortly afterwards receiving a cancellation email, THEN a receipt and an order status that I have collected SOME of the items.(Edit now they're out of stock, course they are).

The scooter isn't great at all. It's certainly not worth £550. First off, the speed is extremely slow. I have a 2 speedometers that I've put on my scooter, the scooter shows 15.5 but both my speedometer say 11.3. It's hill climbing is terrible. Several times I've had to get off and push it. You need to push it 5yards before the motor gets going which isn't ideal. Especially when using on the road. The most annoying us it slows you down automatically. Im trying to go down a road thats 20mph but my scooter is barely going 14..Cruise control is invasive and has almost made me get into several accidents. Its strange to say the least, my old scooter specs are exactly the same as this one but seems to ride so much better. If I could get a refund, I would. Had I of known how bad this scooter is I wouldn't of bought it.

It was an absolutely disgusting store had my bite nearly 5 week couldn't even fix it kept giving me so many excuses now even though the bike is under warranty I've had to take it back and take it to another bike shop which is going to cost me way over £300 all because this store doesn't know what they're doing brain dead employees the manager is no better stay away if you want your e-bikes fixing properly

Hi so on the 5th of this month which was a Monday at 9:00 I took my electric e-bike into the Halfords store Leeds York road I got served by one of the staff called Declan I told him the problem with the bike which was an E14 code he said he would sort it out he knows what it is fast track 4-week later and the bike is still not fixed keeps on saying they're waiting for an email from Shimano I've got to the point where this is enough now I've ring the head office to speak to a manager as this cannot continue I'm getting spun with so many different lies it's unreal I have no date when this bike will be fixed I've even said I want a replacement or my money back as the bike is still under warranty it's a free grand mountain bike and they're going on like it's something cheap when in actual fact it's a lot of money to let go just like that now it's taking ages for a manager to get back in touch with me so in fairness guys I would not bother with Halfords when it comes to a bike because you get told a lot of lies from the store as well as the call centres and managers there was good enough to take the money there????

Communication really good, work carried out quickly. The work I needed was more than we originally thought but they did all they could to keep the costs down and explained it well. The guys on the desk (Joe helped me) always give fantastic customer service..

Only had a acreen wash fuse fitted but it was done almost immediately by a very polite helpful young man. I also wasnt charged at garage prices. I would recommend them based on my experience

Absolutely disgusting the way I was treated buy the bicycle tec Johnathan I booked my sons e bike in for the break pads changing last Wednesday he spoke to me very rudely and kept repeating that there not supposed to do the breaks because I didn?t buy it from Halfords I thought you fixed bike regardless weather I had bought it from Halfords he also was very unhelpful to another customer be for me his attitude was disgusting I will never use the service again he didn?t even put air in the tiers witch I had asked on the Wednesday with the other technician he said they would I no I wouldn?t won?t this guy fronting my business to customers
