Easy to get to,park your car ,get on the bus, buy a return ticket, 10 minutes into leeds centre ,buses are regular,children are free with an adult, takes the hassle out of visiting leeds.

Had my car booked for a full service and MOT recently. I had to call them to find out that my car had been ready to collect for a while, but they hadn't bothered to tell me.I got to the front desk and they couldn't find my car key. Ended up being in a random box sitting in the back somewhere. Someone else had also managed to lose another car key while I was waiting.They also lost the MOT fail certificate they'd printed out which I needed as I wanted to take the car to another garage. Spent 10 minutes stood by the desk while they all searched around looking for the paperwork and in the end had to have it re-printed.To top it off, I was told my car had failed the MOT due to front brakes needing to be replaced, but I'd only had them all replaced 12 months ago. I've since taken my car to have the brakes checked at the garage that fitted them who have told me there's nothing wrong with them. Sounds like Halfords were trying to rip me off for a few hundred £.Overall this place just seemed so unorganised and the fact that they tried to charge me £350 for new brake discs and pads that didn't need to be replaced is shocking. Won't be using Halfords again for anything to do with my car.

Went there for a slow puncture, I feel sorry for the guy at the till ? his colleague works so slow it was painful to watch, I wouldn't hire him for an F1 pitstop but he is very friendly and a nice person ? had to wait next day for a tyre because I have a performance car and the depot that sent him the tyre sent the wrong one, the guy apologised and sent me an address for anotuer tyre place, they did the best they could tbh there wasn't much they could do so id give them 5 star for their efforts ?????

I had my car MOT at this garage which failed due to tyres. So I went away got the tyres replaced and then returned today for a retest. Upon the car being retested I was given the wrong key to my vehicle but then given paperwork as in the MOT certificate still showing advisories to be told that it wasn?t cleared off the system. If I wanted this to be cleared it would need to be put through another MOT! Unfortunately I couldn?t wait any longer and it was only me questioning this it was brought to the attention of the manager/supervisor. I won?t be coming here again.
