Went in for some boxes and aryane served me at the tills, she was ready to help as I requested something, she did so with a big lovely smile which is so hard to find these days in customer service. Super friendly and kind, really an asset to the team! Thank you Aryane, it was a pleasure to have been served by you! The manager was nice too. All and all good service on that day!

Slowest cafe ever...and no it wasn't busy. Quite embarrassed for the staff tbh.

Don't bother go somewhere else!! The 4 girls had no idea. No supervision , no soup so ordered toasted fruit bread which took almost 15 mins then no knives for butter, all knives in dishwasher suggested we use a spoon?? Then 2 knives appeared that looked like they had come out of somebody's lunch box. People were leaving due to waiting so long for the food to turn up. Worst cafe ever.

The good : Great choice of quality cutlery, crockery & Kitchenware. Soft furnishings, Duvets and curtains, drapery, even foam for furniture can be bought in store or online and collected.The Bad : our experience is you have to be careful with curtain poles, we have bought new from Dunhelm then discovered they had been used and returned, repackaged and put on the shelves for the unwary shopper. Also their self assembly furniture is not the quality you find at Ikea. We don't buy these any more from them.Some other great products and plenty of choice. Aisles are a bit narrow for the larger trolleys.Forewarned is forearmed!

Staff always helpful! We mostly went. In for a coffee, etc. The cheese scones are to die for, they are simply the best I've ever tasted, anywhere!!

Only go there if you have plenty of time on your hands. I certainly wouldn't if I was on a works break. The staff are friendly enough and work hard as individuals but there just aren't enough of them to cope and the queue to be served can become very long with people like ourselves giving up and leaving before being served. Only one person taking orders, making drinks and on the till and another in the kitchen. No one in terms of management in evidence to bring in more staff when busy.

Arrived at 11:50 stood in the cue for a brunch bap and bang on 12:00 they said they stopped serving due to having a small kitchen. Then I ordered 4 paninis, waffle fries, jacket potato all in that small kitchen.. wouldn?t go back.

Got pounced on by a lady as I walked through the door - no idea what she wanted from me as I was on a mission with my baby and didn't want to engage. The store has been moved around, a lot - do its detriment if I'm honest. I went in to look at bedding for my baby. The kids section is pitifully small and very disjointed and disorganised. It took me 15 minutes to find a cot bed duvet and pillow - they weren't in the kids section but randomly hooked onto a wall elsewhere. Absolute waste of my time.

Pausa at Dunelm Doncaster. Very impressed with the refurb BUT the one female serving was miserable, hardly spoke. No good morning etc. this was at 9.30 am today, 23rd September 2023. the scones seem to be days old, the tea was like dishwater. Will not visit again.
