Been in twice recently and received poor service both times.The first time, my wife was pregnant and needed some medication. We were told "You cannot have that when you're pregnant. Next customer please" ... after this we spoke to the midwife the medication was absolutely fine.The second time, I had bought an item at The Springs store and took the receipt, but when I got home I realised I had taken the wrong receipt out of the self service machine. Didn't need the item any more so tried to get a refund at Crown Point Boots and the staff member just said "we can't refund without a receipt" and turned away.Not using this store again.

Male white practice manager with dark brown hair, works there on a Tuesday afternoon - extremely unpleasant and rude. I didn?t realise the tills had changed to self service so was waiting to be served and he made me feel really stupid for it!! I laughed it off but he couldn?t have been more rude! This is the worst boots in the area, the staff are so rude, the male manager practically accused me of been a shoplifter when I tried to exchange a size on an item that my daughter was bought for her birthday. The general feel of the store is miserable, I went in today and one of the staff was complaining about her shifts. Always messy and unorganised.

Not happy I have points they not let me used .I am working retail is well if some have points they can use points and pay remaining amount. If not allowed to use customer points why given card ?

When your Boots Advantage card on your app and showing £9.72 worth of points why do I need to add the card to my account? The fact it shows the card number with the last few digits crossed out and acknowledges the £9.72 means it is already on my account. ????
