A wonderful company to deal with and an amazing product. The product is very easy to clean no matter how much mud and muck gets walked in.

Resincoat,This is an update from a previous review on or about May 2022. The reason for this is I was not able to find my initial review to add Resincoats answers??I write this review from a DIY perspective, I don?t pretend to know anything about resin paint.I shortlisted Premier Paints, Watco Paints, Resincoat Paints and finally Regal Paints. I discounted Premier Paints as they would not answer the phone on my lunch break, so I couldn?t ask them any questions. Watco Paints were slightly more expensive so they were discounted and finally Regal Paints who were about the same price, but it was very difficult to question them in a lunch hour and the person I spoke to seemed to be in a hurry to get off the phone.Watco was the best at answering the phone, questions and giving advice.I had decided on Resincoat. It could have been a better start though. When I phoned to order the paint I was distracted, then suddenly the phone was answered and woman spoke to me, I politely asked if this was the sales department, only to be told in an abrupt fashion ?what number did you press? (unsure why she couldn?t just say, yes this is sales??) I said sorry I don?t remember. I felt that this attitude was just argumentative and aggressive nonsense and so nearly put the phone down and ordered a Watco Paint instead. But I carried on and hoped for a little bit less attitude and more cooperation. As my order was a double garage 40 square metres this seemed to change her attitude a little. Although the problems were not by any means over. Their computer system seemed to have the same attitude as the sales person and refused to except the order she was inputting, after a long wait?all was excepted and I was told I would receive my order the next day.I am happy to say it all arrived as it should do with no problems at all, a big thumbs up for the delivery company.I opened the boxes in my garage that I had carefully hoovered only to find that they pack out the boxes with bits of cardboard, why they can?t put the packing in plastic bags like the do with the paint, it would certainly make for an easier and more tidy operation. The square metres of my garage are at best probably about 36, but that is being very generous with the measurements. The true size is around 30 at most, so I thought that ordering 40 would be more than enough. We started the painting process, which kicked off with the cutting in primer that I had ordered as an extra, this was duly mixed and my wife painted the edges. I held back with the main primer. After about 10 minutes I mixed up the 5 kg primer as instructed. This was very difficult to paint, it seemed very thick and not willing to roller very easily. I continued and mixed up the second pot this seemed to go on slightly better.I did the same process with the colour as I had done with the primer. The final coat contained a fine abrasive. What they don?t tell you is that a good part of the abrasive will sit at the bottom of the paint scuttle even though it has been thoroughly mixed, but because of the very real time constraints you simply don?t have time to keep mixing the abrasive around. In conclusion: Taking the unnecessary attitude and putting it to one side along with the computer problems. I would say it was not worth the money, not to mention the very very hard work it is to paint the stuff on. It would be much easier if there was not the time constraints. We were painting in 20 degrees and the first primer pot went off after about 20 minutes. One other important mistake was, I wished I had purchased spiked shoes so that I could re-roller some of the previously painted areas as this made for a much better finish to it?..Resincoat phone me the next day and apologised for the the poor attitude of the phone call and asked me if I would like another load of paint to do another coat, I excepted.Over one year on and I have to say it looks very good and so far has not lost its colour or quality. Bearing in mind my floor is not completely flat and contains bumps and dips I am very pleased with the outcome.

A great product, overall, hard to work with towards the end of the can, felt like applying rubber so you have to work quickly. Would recommend

Actually never had a chance to try the paint: paid £15 shipment to the Northern Ireland and yet the merchant asked me to contact them for extra charge, where I only bought 5L tin-naturally I asked to cancel and refund asap.Funny thing I finally bought the paint in Europe with free delivery.

Nothing wrong with the product itself. The delivery service however is as poor as it comes. Was meant to be delivered on Thursday and driver turned up, but didn't walk up our drive, but left again (we had taken day of for this parcel). Called Apc they said we weren't home and rescheduled delivery for Friday. At 5pm on Friday I called Apc again only to get told my parcel was not out for delivery as they COULDN'T find it.. They promised me delivery first thing Saturday and for me to call Saturday morning to get an delivery time. Tried calling for over 2 hours before getting hold of Apc and being told by another man in the office that my parcel was not scheduled for delivery today... They did manage to deliver it late Saturday afternoon.Poor poor and put the blame on everyone else than them self..Never again..

Purchased ultrabind and shingle from this company , when it arrived 3 out of 8 bags of shingle were ripped and I lost half of each bag , e mailed a guy called Matt fletcher twice regarding this , completed ignored me , I would probably use someone else in future, after sales was rubbish even though he e mailed me asking if this was my trade or just a home project , I?m sure if it wasn?t a one off he would of replied

Purchased two 1kg packs of resincoat epoxy garage floor paint for a small boiler house at home. Very easy to order and delivery was on time. Instructions very easy to understand and also video helped. Mixing was easy, although I didn't have a paddle I used an old chisel in my drill. First coat was the primer damp coat, then two coats of the paint. There was too much so did a patch in the garage. Finish looks brilliant and will be ordering again to complete the garage. The important thing is only mix what you can apply in 20 minutes, get help if needed; also first coat used a brush, second a small roller, and roller much easier and gives a better finish. definitely recommend this product

Very good product to use. Don?t bother with a paint tray. Pour directly onto the roof small areas at a time and roll with a furry roller. Needs to work quickly though. End result seems good like a layer of silicone. Only had it on a week so time will tell.I used joint scrim to cover any joints on the existing roof. Takes a bit of covering so I went over it the next day. With another coat over the joints

I bought an epoxy primer from this company and had a horrible experience. I have been applying epoxy for 10 years and I have never seen a product of such poor quality. I applied the product correctly, because I am a professional, and it never dried. I waited 3 days for it to It dried, and in the end I had to remove everything, the product looked of poor quality and I had to buy another product from another company. I contacted the company and they replied that they could only give me a discount so that I could buy another product, obviously I did not buy any resin coat product. I hope this helps future buyers

Second order for epoxy paint.Excellent product every time.I have to mention the courier company (APC) they use to deliver purchases though is rubbish. Constant missed deliveries despite the fact we asked for collection they try to deliver so we can not collect as item is on the van somewhere in town. All in all 5stars for Resincoat well done but please change delivery partner. Zero stars for your delivery.

I bought Resincoats Coarse Non Slip Resin Paint. I applied it in accordance with the instrunctions. I have extensive experience with two pack paints. The finished surface was very slippery in the wet despite the coarse grit used. I have had to buy GPR strips from another company to screw down ontop of the non slip paint
