“This is the absolute best ever pharmacy I'm not exadurating either. I order my medication in the morning and it is delivered to my house by a lovely friendly chap the same day.(I have quite a few different medications) . . .with my old pharmacy I had to wait three days and then collect it myself and then something was always missing, but since I have been with these it makes my life so much easier and I wouldn't get my medication anywhere else.”

Even though it is a car journey to Shepley instead of a 5 minute walk we feel that it was a very good decision! “I phoned to see of they had any seasonal flu vaccine in stock as I couldn’t find any in the other local pharmacies that are part of national chains. Yes, they did have some in stock & after driving down I received the vaccination.The pharmacist that gave me the vaccination was so helpful, professional, friendly & efficient. Importantly, he obviously had an excellent technique for giving vaccinations as I literally never felt a thing… not even a slight sting or scratch!Fantastic service from this pharmacist.Thank you I can highly recommend!”

“The team at this chemist are an absolute godsend. Always so polite, friendly and helpful. They have been great with me since I moved to the area, and now that GPs virtually don't exist anymore, I don't know what I would have done without the support, care and advice of Khalid and his team.Special mention to the lady who answers the phone there on a Saturday. I don't know her name but she always calls everyone, 'my lovely'. So polite and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble.Most pharmacists no longer have that personal touch, don't have prescriptions ready, and don't care about the individual patient's needs. Not this one. They go above and beyond, and Khaled even remembers the patient's names! Thanks so much - keep up the good work.”

“This is a large boots store and therefore you can get almost anything a chemist sells here. I think they still do the 24hr serving hatch if you need essential things out of normal hours. They have a pharmacy dispenser at the back of the shop and all the staff are only to happy to help if your looking for something. They also do online click n collect to this store too”

“Phoned up as soon as they opened to see if they could deliver my dads antibiotics as I couldn’t get them due to having an operation & my dads disabled so can’t get them himself & the lady I spoke too was brilliant. She told me they would be delivered this afternoon but couldn’t give me a time. Fast forward an hour & a half & they have been delivered, so not only have they delivered, they have delivered much earlier than I thought.I’ve never had any issues with this pharmacy & they go above & beyond for you.
